Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

EstoniaNoise isolation is quite poor in the rooms. And even though the car was checked in to parking still got a parking fine.

LatviaPoor soundproof in our room - we could hear our neighbours (though they were quite loud). At first we couldn't find the parking lot as the navigation app took us to the entrance of the building, but the staff helped us. (Some directions to the parking lot would be good).
Great staff, good breakfast and excellent spa.

FinlandThe breakfast was not very tasty, lacked variety, and was identical every day. Significant draft from the window frames, leading to discomfort when the heating was reduced. The toilet was uncomfortably high. No sink to wash hands in the dining area. The floor in the room was dirty and dusty. The double bed was actually two twin beds with separate mattresses. Four towels per person were provided, but the bathrobes were very rough. Parking was limited at the main entrance, with additional parking inconveniently located. Soundproofing was poor, with corridor noises easily heard in the room. Suggestions for improvement include underfloor heating in the bathroom, more hooks/hangers, a plastic bench with non-slip legs for convenience, additional chairs and a floor lamp with directed light for the living area, double blankets, bedspreads, and selective lighting options in the bathroom.
The hotel was warm, despite the cold weather outside (-18°C). The spa area was warm and clean. However, there was some confusion about people consuming alcoholic beverages in the pools. Most importantly for us was the presence of a large hot Japanese pool, which was a significant highlight of our visit. Dinner was exceptional, featuring a delicious spicy beef goulash with beans, tender meat, and various sides including baked chicken thighs, baby potatoes, rice, and sauerkraut. Salads offered were carrot, cabbage, mixed greens, tomatoes, and cucumbers. Dessert included crumbly shortbread pie with curd and fruits. A variety of drinks was available. The room was spacious with high ceilings, normal layout, and three balconies. The radiators were very hot, and blackout curtains were provided.

LatviaOmlet (eggs) in breakfast not naturally made but seems from eggs powder :( sadly but this happens in more hotels new days :( The most important part of the breakfast (and many others are thinking the same way) - omlet is a very low quality and not even tasty… It would be a great plus and big advantage for this hotel (in comparison to others - not only spa & wellness areas) making eggs from real chicken eggs! You are what You eat - and I think for a spa & wellness hotel this quote should be used/ applied as a mantra :)
Spa & Wellness areas are the main reason we’ve been visiting this place for the second time. Rooms and food very basic, not very much variety, but in general good & basic quality - as at home.

LatviaNo hair dryer in the room, and few if any at the spa. Bad (or below average as far as crappy public coffee machines go) coffee in the morning. Low noise insulation in rooms, could hear neighbours watching their tv.
Adequately sized room with a very comfortable bed. Nice view from the balcony. Power sockets all over the place making life with modern gadgets easier. Average, but healthy selection of food for breakfast. SPA is something else entirely, up there with the best I've attended.

EstoniaRooms are a bit old and no ventilation, it was stuffy in the room, especially at night. Breakfast is okay, but not superb. Parking is small and not clear where to park, as at some area only buses are allowed.
Spa is spacious and pretty nice, not crowded. Location is also fine, near to the sea and park.

LatviaIn general it was a bit too cold in the spa area and also in our room - as we detected the window was broken and not closing properly. Very small bath, no facility to dry towels and bathing suits. Difficult to find a free parking spot. The hair dryer was broken but we got a substitute from the reception
Very nice saunas in the spa area. We stayed during the New Year eve and the hotel had organized a lovely free party with a DJ on the top floor cafe. The view on the fireworks was just amazing! The room was small but nice fresh decorated.
