Spa is outdated and too small. Treatments are not available, you have to make reservations before you come here.

Beautiful town, good location, good food, good treatments.

There was cold air blowing from the ventilation over the bed and the TV-channels were in a messed-up order. On Saturday morning most of the saunas did not work (yes, that information is on their homepage, but who reads all of it?). On Saturday and Sunday morning the water in the pool seemed much colder than on Friday evening (maybe it was just me).

The view from the chill-out sauna.

looks like a hospital inside, check in not before 3pm, staff always "don't know" (where to rent ice skates to go on frozen lake, what to visit, frozen road etc.), bad quality of breakfast, small spa.

No drinking water or coffee maker in the room, in bathroom just soap, no one-way slippers, no towels in the spa area, breakfast room was more like a meeting room, no single tables, late check out only for cash (room was not booked at check out day, reception asked 6 Euro each hour for late check out, no customer service). It is a nice hotel, but they are saving every cent possible.

Nice located, bed and bathroom good quality.

Very dirty. Floor was with dirty pieces, shower zone - extra dirty floor, and the main tip - to use hair dryer you have to climb at the sink to plug it in! Very dangerous. Will not come back - value for money isn't worth it.

The spa department was quite small. It didn't matter however, as we did not have that much time to spend there.

Staff was extra friendly, and we especially liked the photo exhibition in the hallway :)

No power outlet near the bed, and slippers included for the spa would have been nice since we stayed at the suite.

Breakfast was good but not great, we had an amazing room with an amazing view and the spa was small but very nice, clean and cozy.

Anything below a superior room doesn't come with a bathrobe and/or slippers, even though the main point of the stay is to go from your room to various (water) treatments

The sauna was warm, the pool was nice, and the breakfast filled us for the whole day. The treatments are top-notch, especially the massage baths!

I like the place very much and am going to come here again. It is very calm, friendly and peacefull. The Laine hotel is not only the place for your body rest because there are a lot of spa treatments, but for your soul. Beautiful overview from the window - the lake and one of the Baltic bay.

It's a slightly cavernous and soulless building - rather bare and unappealing décor.

Did not consider customer wishes and made things worse. Beauty treatments much better but not perfect . This is a SPA hotel, but no products at all was in the room. I finally found soap in the cupboard in the bathroom, but that was it. I would have expected at least some small samples of shower cream etc. The staff did not do more than they had to. You could get a hello once in a while :) The y did not make your bed or change towels during the stay. The jacuzzi closed at 22 so we did not have time to use it, and the breakfast was quite poor to. Rock hard bread, but at least they had toast. So in my opinion, this hotel is quite over prized. My room was facing the back, so I did not have the beautiful view like the front rooms, so ask for one of those if you go there!

This hotel is OK but not more. You get a feeling of being in a Russian old asylum. The room was quite adequate but really nothing fancy.
