There were no blind curtains, so it was very bright in the morning! Tv is very old, i had to switch it totally off otherwise it was makeing very vierd noise. I think there was a gym above my room, i heard all the running and jumping and noise. Not nice at all. And no minibar in the room. The hotel need update. At the moment is low season and the prices are low, i got the room for very good price and i think it is fair price, but during the summer the prices go up, but sadly this hotel does not live up to hight standards!

    Very clean room. Lovely location.

We booked a family room for three, but in fact we have to paid for four persons. We wonder why one person must pay the same price for stay as two persons (i.e. for two breakfasts)? Is it because of the Booking.com rules?

A pleasant resort with old castle and luxurious mansion park around it. The Spa Hotel Rüütli is situated close to the park and castle. Nice swimming pool, good food in breakfast and a buffet dinner.

There were some glitches in cleaning. A bit more atttention to details is called for.

Room had a nice balcony. Bidet shower in bathroom is a good and not too common. Large oarking had always enough of space.

I not understand some anonymous low ratings here... Competitors ??? The real rating must be between 9 and 10 points !!! I know fast all hotels in Kuressaare and Rüütli is one of the Best !!!

Great SPA hotel. Good breakfast. Good rooms, enough space. One of the best Finnish sauna and pool in Kuressaare with free drink water after. Very good idea ! Nice own restaurant. Perfect sleep. Perfect for business or families with children !

Both spa and dinner close quite early - by 21:00. Water for the water slide is turned off @20:45 without anybody telling about it, so children have to climb down the slide to finish the ride. So be careful! After 21:00 you can only get water and small chocolate bars.. so you have to go to town for refreshments (stores close @22:00 :)). Also there were no bath robes in the room, you have to get one with you.

Water slide! Certainly one of most children-friendly spa's in Kuressaare. The location nearby centre is also very good.

The room felt a bit cold in first night but the temp seemed better during next few days (don't really know what was the reason). Also the bubble bath in pool area was occupied by the Latvian seniors the whole weekend who didnt seem to understand phrase sharing is caring. Most of the other guests were folks (including us) participating in running event and would have appreciated the relaxing bubbles aswell, but it wasnt going to happen, but that really isn't the hotels fault.

The family-room is actually two regular rooms, connected with a door - both big and comfy. For our family, travelling with a lot of suitcases, there was enough space to feel comfortable. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was tasty (dont expect a lot of choices, but it was definetly enough), the pool seemed clean. Hotel is located near the beautiful marina and is just a small walk away from the Kuressaare old town.

There was a fridge, but it was completely empty. Not even some water was there. The building was partially made from metal and metal was rusty at places, also balcony walls made of some cheap non-transparent plastic which ruins the view of the gulf. At the spa the pool and saunas were somehow separated, so it wasn't competely clear how to use them.

The view from the our "sauna suite" was very nice. There was a good restorant near by from the hotel. The bed was good.

My second time in this good SPA hotel. It is one of the Best SPA hotels in Kuressaare. I can say that - because i know all of them. For business trip or for trip with family - it is the best price/quality ratio ! Clean rooms, good breakfast. Simple but clean and cozy own SPA pool, with free of charge entrance ! In SPA is only one Finnish sauna and one water tube, but very good both. Two pools: for swimming (long enough) and for children. Water and air is warm enough for comfortable swimming. Fresh drinking water free of charge after SPA (Thank You a lot !). You can order good SPA treatmens just one day before, for example massage or salt chamber. In rooms You can adjust water heater on the wall exactly for comfortable sleeping temperature (very good ! Main problem in another hotels...). Free parking and good food shop just in front of hotel. Good restaurant (in summertime you can sit outside), very good gym and bar located on 1-st floor. For children: good playroom with lot of toys and free XBOX 360 console with 3 sport/dance games. Hotel located in quiet sea area with fresh air.

Ideal - particularly if you are active. The rooms are a bit Ikea in style but comfortable and had a balcony looking out over the castle Or at least it would after leaf fall. The breakfast, with sweeping panoramic views across the bay was buffet style but very good. Lots of choice and decent coffee. But the big bonus, apart from location was a 25 m swimming pool with jacuzzi, sauna and a well equipped small gym. Leave feeling toned and relaxed.

Not comfortable room and ugly furnitured room, lobby and restaurants.

Quiet large room with a little desk

Ladies at reception and SPA were very handsome and friendly. Breakfast was rich and delicious. From my window I could see medieval castle. What else?

The location is great and the pool and sauna are very nice. The breakfast is also quite good compared to many hotels in Estonia.

Our room was little bit dusty...

It is very comfort to stay there with a dog!

Thin walls, you can hear people speaking in neighbour rooms.

Good location. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Out dated rooms; no Air Conditioning; breakfast should be better!; overpriced for average accommodation.

Good location (opposite the castle, 5 min to the beach, 10-15 min to city center); there is small shop 2 min walking from hotel; quite friendly staff; room had balcony; SPA center with swimming pool 25m

No fridge in the room; no bathrobe in the room; very slow WiFi; there are rooms with a seaview/a castle view, but my room was with a view to the old wooden abandoned house; double is actually two single beds pushed together; in my opinion hotel is a little overpriced

Good location (opposite the castle, 5 min to the beach, 10-15 min to city centre); there is small shop 2 min walking from hotel; good breakfast; quite friendly staff; children's playroom next to reception (convenient if You are traveling with kids); room had balcony

We were disappointed, when we entered lobby and children play room, because these places, as well as the room, were quite different as we saw on pictures on Booking.com. I general, everything was fine, but not what we expected from pictures.
