Nothing. The owner has some basic rules, but respects your privacy and is kind and respectful. Clothes are sometimes dried on a line and a bit after washing, which can get that stale smell a bit, but I'm just thankful she does laundry :) If you prefer your clothes to be dried immediately, just go to a laundromat, the benefits of this place are still so large you need to stay here.

The owner really cares about her hotel. She never hesitated to help me. This hotel (more of a quaint Bed and Breakfast) offers free laundry services which, as a solo traveler who braved Laulupidu in the mud, was great. The apartments are spacious, at least mine was. Growing up in an Estonian household, it was just really nice to be in the land of my family, go out for the whole day to visit with relatives and friends, then come home to this amazing place. Very affordable, middle-class neighborhood with soul to it, and very close to Vanalinn (old town) without being loud.

For me this accommodation was exceptionally good.

The whole house and the garden are beautiful in every tiny detail. I really appreciate that because it takes time, effort, creativity and care to create and keep these like that. I think that these make the accommodation unique and add plus to the cosy, good, home-like feeling. Everything is clean and tidy, the owner is helpful and keeps everything well-organized, the adminisrative part is quick and easy. The surroundings, the location of the accommodation is also very good. I travel quite a lot but this accommodation is among the best ones for me. Hope to come back later. Thank you for everything!

Nothing really, all as good as could be unless could redesign house so that garden access direct from room!

Attentive helpful host explained everything, perfect location for a restful stay. Everything provided and no issues. Plenty of hot water, heated floor in bathroom and well equipped kitchen. On a pleasant residential back-street with only an occassional car passing, house and area both very quiet. There is a( not that obvious) small food-store on a neighboring street, and an extremely nice cafe-restaurant (open from 11.00 until evening) a hundred yards away. No car needed this trip so used Bolt very easily and cheaply to further parts of city, but did also walk to centre through quiet side-streets or to tram/bus connection easily. There's a local branch-line train nearby but didn't try it.

It was tight getting in and out of bed without tripping over the curtains. The toilet room was very 'snug'. I kept headbutting the door as I sat down. The soap and shower gel had been watered down so much it was just like water and ran through my fingers. We ended up showering with shampoo.

A beautiful apartment in a pretty building. Very secure. Everything you could need was there. Plenty of tea and coffee supplied too.

Really amazing place! Ivi took great care to ensure I had an amazing stay. The self contained apartment is maintained immaculately, with such attention to detail and a wonderful homely vibe. My new home away from home — when visiting Tallin for business.

Just some minor improvement points now that I think about it: the shower could have a glass door instead of the plastic curtain and the bed duvet could be a bit bigger. =)

Very cozy and well equiped studio. We had everything we needed for preparing simple meals, from utensils to basic ingredients like oil and salt. The heating was very good, it always felt like a hug coming back in after a day in the snow. The owner was easily reachable and solved minor issues very quickly. It was quite silent around as well, so we could rest well while inside. I also enjoyed the personality of the decoration, white minimalist rooms are the worst. The location was quite good. Stores are close by and there is a great restaurant across the street. It's a chill walk to the center of Tallinn and public transportation is not very far either.

All was good, easy communication. Household rules explained, good experience.

Enjoyed in decore, functional details around premises, plenty storage place, hangers. Good bed, privacy. Host was very responsive and friendly, full of understanding when we were a bit loud, listening music. We enjoyed exploring residential area around appartment, few good spots for breakfast near by.

I notified about the intermettent wi-fi but did not get a reply. Luckily i was able to find the router the next evening and re-started it myself. Also part of the facilities is the free laundry service. She asked me leave the laundry outside my apartment door and she will do the laundy and drying and bring it back in the evening. When I came back in the evening, my clothes were not washed and I did not get any word from her why my clothes were not washed.

The communication for the check -in went very well with the owner. She was waiting for me when I arrived to hand over the keys. The apartment is very clean and comfortable.

A bit of a walk to historic centre, but other options were available

Lovely room, well equipped kitchen, secure parking, lovely host. Washing was done for us! As we were travelling by motorcycle this was awesome. Good restaurant close by, had dinner there and breakfast on our last day.

Communication. The owner is rather particular, which makes for a nice apartment, but some of her instructions were either not clear or incomplete, and she was quick to chide me when I misunderstood her instructions regarding the door buzzer, parking, and the garden gate. I just rolled with it and thanked her for her corrections.

The location is a gracious, older building with old fashioned furnishings in a good neighborhood, a 20 minute walk to the Old City. A nice feature is the loft - a private area with a desk and the second bed - the first bed is in an alcove off the dining room on the main floor of the apartment. The apartment is relatively large, with a living room, dining room/bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and the loft. The kitchen is spacious and nicely equipped. There is a private parking area in the back of the building, along with a beautiful garden area. A bonus is that the owner will do laundry for you!

A lit problematic with parking, because you can’t park on a street in a daytime. Every time ,have to drive around a block to designated parking then walk back. TV set is older model.

Location is very good, nice quiet area, clean and spacious apartment. Apartment has fully equipped kitchenette.

I loved this tiny apartment. I liked the decoration and it was comfortable. I found everything I needed. The air fryer is very convenient, and so is the coffee machine. The host is also very kind and helpful.
