Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I can’t think of any flaws
Beautiful, the spa, the room it was soo good and the lady at reception was so friendly and nice, I think her name was Marite. The breakfast selection was so good.

Spa was not that special. Sauna was not hot enough. Too many children around and not enough places to sit around the pool.

Nice spa hotel in the vicinity of the Pärnu beach. Very comfortable rooms and great breakfast. Also the spa was nice.

We were staying in the historical boutique part of the hotel, and actually is just the old hotel but then renovated. The rooms are large, but old fashioned. Bathroom has a shower with a curtain which mainly makes the whole bathroom floor wet.
The location is very good, close to the beach and central in Parnu. Reception and spa area are very nice.

We stayed in the older section and while the room was comfortable it did not have air conditioning and the bathroom was a little tired. We found the breakfast options to be good but layout and queue management a bit chaotic on a busy morning.
Loved the pool at the spa and also the location, less than a 5 minute walk from the beach.

The room was rather stark and could use renovation.
The spa really pleased me, both for the facilities and the aesthetics. Breakfast had great variety. The grounds are very pleasant.

food at the restaurant was very tasty, but a bit too greasy for my taste.
the renovated older wasa building is amazing, the room was very spacious and comfortable + staff was very friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed that the spa was open until 23:00 and breakfast until 11:00, really enjoyed everything!

The spa zone was noisy and overcrowded, but it became much more relaxing later when the kids went to sleep.
Overall, the hotel met my expectations, and I felt welcomed. However, the restaurant seemed a bit tired and could use some refreshing. The spa zone was also quite noisy and overcrowded, which affected the relaxation experience. While I enjoyed the massage, I was surprised there were no refreshments offered afterward, and I felt a bit rushed leaving without the chance to unwind further.

There was some mess when we checked in, so we got free upgrade and welcome drink. Thank you so much solving the issue in a very nice way. Breakfast and all the menu was excellent!

Though there were a couple of small things worth mentioning. One of the saunas was a bit cooler than expected (around 20°C instead of the stated 60°C), and the jacuzzi was more lukewarm than hot. Additionally, there were a few guests in the common area who were a bit louder than we had hoped, which interrupted the peaceful atmosphere.
We had a lovely stay at the spa in Pärnu, enjoying the great facilities and fantastic value for money. The environment was generally relaxing.

Inconvenient bar at the spa. Chicken tortilla portion was way too small to put it in the shared menu.
Nice Big and clean room. Big comfortable bed. Small and cozy spa. The sauna has a great long steam from "leil". One of the best spa saunas i have been to. Free water selection with different citruses at the spa.

Bed was bit tough for my taste. Steam sauna was not warm enough and had limited steam supply.
Great location, good selection of food in breakfast. Spacious room with nice view to garden/park, nice compact SPA.
