  “The place is really nice, the swimming pool too, the location is also good, not far from the kornish. The staff is amazing, a special thanks to Reham, who help me when my flight from Cairo was delayed again and again and I had reserved a transfert from the airport to the hotel. Good buffet breakfast, a lot of choices continental or Egyptian.”

  “We were thrilled with our stay at the Basma Hotel, Aswan. From the moment I made the booking, Reham, one of the concierges, went out of her way to take care of our needs, and booked tours and taxis for us at a very fair price. She was flexible, conscientious and kept in close contact via WhatsApp to ensure everything was going smoothly. She was the best concierge I’ve ever come across, and gave a much better service than I’ve experienced in more expensive hotels! The hotel was very comfortable, clean , well located with a large pool and tasty food. The restaurant manager was friendly and accommodating, although the service was a little slow, so order ahead of feeling really hungry! We were able to take breakfast to go as our trip to Abu Simbel was an early start. All the staff were friendly and prompt to turn around laundry and ironing, which was also good value.”
