We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

BahrainCleanliness around the swimming pool, the maintenance of the hotel was not good, broken stair inside the swimming pool which is very dangerous and may cause injuries. Quality and variety of the food in breakfast was not good as before.
The team was great specially Ghamry from reception, fatima from housekeeping and karim on swimming pool . The size of the suite was very convenient.

EgyptThe cleanliness of the room was very bad, the rugs never been washed for years, also the pillows of the balcony's chairs were dirty. The bathroom wasn't sparkling clean either, and you can see the build ups of dirt on the air suction and the intersections between the tiles of the ceramics. Therefore we had to use our own towels and bedsheets. The breakfast buffet is very poor, with no variety, they serve the same food every day. The molasses was very runny as if it was mixed with water! .They provide a toaster but there is no toast in the bakery. They won't tell you there are eggs on the breakfast unless you asked " as it is by request"
The location of the hotel in the middle of the city near the beach and all the markets. The view from the room sees the sea, the swimming pool and Al Montazah Palace. The staff are polite and helpful.

Egyptbreakfast is just okay preferred to eat outside. wifi is not good at all. pool is a bit small and have to set some restrictions about the fabrics ( cotton wear )people swim with. pool is also so cold as it’s not covered by sun and it might need heaters. most of bar menu doesn’t exist
