Food wasn't to my liking but was edible and always hot if you got there before the rush that is. Not enough English people but that's not the hotels fault. No alcohol, no balcony but sea view.

Staff were amazing and always ready to help us out. Mohammed pool bar, Ahmed shop, Ali, wagde, Ahmed pool guy. Security guys. 10/10 for the staff. Room was good house keeping always done well. the only downside was no alcohol but I survived tbh 😂. All in all not a bad gaff away from the hustle of hurghada.

The buffet at the restaurant is limited, and one of the chefs doesn’t treat guests very well. Also, there’s no direct access to the beach — you have to go outside and walk about 7 minutes to get there.

The place was clean and quiet, the pool was lovely, and the beach — just amazing!

I had a terrible experience upon arrival, when we were informed that my room wasn't available, as the hotel were overbooked. The receptionist was rude and not helpful at all, this made us feel very uncomfortable, he kept talking in Arabic and looking at us and pointing. We have been offered 3 rooms apartment which we indeed refused as we have paid and booked 2 separate rooms for a reason. We have arrived about 3 30am after long trip and had to fight at the reception to get our rooms. That is something not acceptable and was very disturbing, especially when you are exhausted from travelling and the only one thing you wish for is a bed and shower. However, after at least 45 minutes of arguing, apparently there was a room available and it was exactly the one which i booked. I cant express my disappointment! It seems like an easy trick to get us in one place and win a room for other guests. Also note, that i paid extra money for my room as i was suppose to stay alone. Lastly, the room was not with garden but the street view and was noisy from nearby construction.

The food was delicious (could be more variety of fruits), what i really liked was that there was always a soup as for lunch also for dinner. The staff was helpful, friendly and polite. Rooms are renovated, spacious and cozy.

Our room didn't have pressure in the shower and limited hot water. They did try to fix it and offered us another room if it wasn't fixed but we didn't bother.

Liked everything. Nice peaceful clean . Good sized rooms and the restaurant had a lovely variety of foods. Not too much. Just right. What an excellent chef.

The most amazing receptionist which helped us a lot with early check-in free of charge and generally very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is very nice and very clean. The food is good and we had a great time at this hotel. We highly recommend it!

my booked garden view room was not available thus resulted in receiving a city view room which was noisy from some near by construction in the afternoon , but the afternoon/ night desk staff were willing and able to help in finding alternates. Thank you.

Management and staff were friendly and willing to help when concern was raised. Clean, large room, comfortable bed,beach, good buffet food selection provided a nice restful two days after the hot and hectic 5 days of ruins visits at luxor.

-Distance to the centre(7km but not 0.7 miles -as in the description) - not All inclusive ( as in the description) really-FB ! -isnt any entertainment for children or adults - chiken or beef + fish or calmares (Choice was very limited) -minimum of 10 vegetable dishes and sauces... -there was no choice of fruit- just orange,guava (even not dates,not strawberries...)

Modern clean well maintained and managed facility with all the necessities of a relaxing beach holiday. Large clean room with comfortable beds and good balcony. All inclusive food was good with two selections of protein and great assortment of salad, veg and deserts during LD. Pay as you go coffee bar . breakfast coffee was included.. We enjoyed our 7 days stay and would come back soon. Location is at the north end of town ,easy access by taxis or bus. Water at shallow water beach 2 min walk from end of pool was crystal clear and clean since there is no develop!ent north of the resort and the wind blows north to south. Some colourful fish and soft refi coral under the pier. Some jelly fish but not with long tentacles.Nice pool and garden to relax. Great to relax after all the hectic historical visits.

My only issue with this hotel is that its listed all inclusive.Turns out they had zero alcohol policy.Nothing in the bar and nothing included.They should mark this more clearly when people see it listed.

The food,breakfast with many options,for lunch and dinner always something who could be eaten.High quality raw materials. Staff was very helpful,always ready to go out of their way to help me or willingly answer any question.I must mention Muhammed and Justine in the reception.Good conversations and always a smile.

I didn't like the location. I prefer a hotel nearer to the town center. The WiFi was slow at times.

The food was delicious. A large buffet three times a day. My room was very nice. Beautiful pool. Free WiFi and free drinking water in the room.
