Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

EgyptEverything was great upon our arrival especially the smooth check in and the hospitality of Amir the receptionist. Special thanks to the GM Ahmed who has helped us all over our stay. They know what, when and how to do anything. Special thanks also to their professional tour guide that organised our pyramids tour. The breakfast was great and the view from the terrace, i really recommend it.

United KingdomThe breakfast was reliable and always ready on time, which I appreciated. However, it lacked variety — the same type of meal was served every morning, which made it a bit predictable by the second or third day. Some rotation or local specialties would’ve elevated the experience. With a few tweaks in room maintenance and breakfast variety, it could easily push its rating higher. Would recommend for short stays or anyone prioritizing location and views.
The location was the highlight of my stay. The hotel terrace offers a beautiful view of the Pyramids — a rare and priceless sight, especially at sunrise and sunset. While a large construction crane slightly obstructed part of the view, it’s beyond the hotel’s control. The hotel is also conveniently close to a gym and several stores for quick shopping trips, which made getting essentials easy. The room was spacious, with a modest but well-maintained bathroom. It was generally comfortable, though I did encounter a few minor inconveniences: occasional flies and small bugs made their way in, and the wardrobe door creaked loudly and sometimes got stuck. Nothing major, but small details that could easily be improved. Otherwise, it was a cozy and restful space.

GermanyPoorly isolated and next to a big road, so expect lots of noise. Also one guy asking constantly and persistently tips, even for bringing on bottle of water that should already be in the room.

South AfricaThe breakfast was slow. Better signage to the entrance. Cleaning staff can pay more attention to detail.
The view from the balcony and rooftop onto the pyramids was awesome. The bed was good. Nice amenities and good restaurants, who also cater for tour buses nearby. Carrefour and ATM close by. We had a good stay.

AlgeriaNo reception prior to entrance, the entrance looks a bit scary and doesn’t look like we are entering a hotel. They added an extra tax for the booking.

Malaysia-the hotel is actually a part of the apartment, they rent the top part of the building and make it a beutiful room. -no toiletteries such as toothbrush and paste, no headcap provided -only 1 pair of hotel slipper, so my one of us need to step on a very cold floor. Mybe u can ask for it, in my case , i dont really care -no iron or iron board provided - only 2 socket power available in the room and one in toilet. -my waterheater for shower keep shocked every 10-15minutes during usage, so need to inform the staff to restart back the heater. - only one lift available, but during my time. Room are bot fully booked, so not a big problem.
