My recent stay at this hotel with my wife and two children 2 & 6 was a very pleasant experience. The staff was incredibly helpful and responsive, both before and during my stay. They quickly responded to my pre-trip inquiries and were prompt in bringing extra amenities to the room. The hotel's grounds, including the garden and pool area, were beautiful and very clean. I also appreciated their attention to guest comfort during breakfast. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and fast. The apartment I stayed in had two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There was also a living room with a sofa, and a small kitchenette equipped with a medium-sized fridge, microwave, and water heater. The bathroom was simple and functional. Breakfast was a small but comprehensive open buffet of simple Egyptian dishes, covering all the essentials. The pool was also a major highlight—it was very lovely. The hotel's location is excellent. There is a supermarket right next door with a very honest and polite owner, a pharmacy just a 3-minute walk away, and a Banque du Caire branch 5 minutes away, which was convenient for exchanging currency from 5 PM to 9 PM. The tourist promenade is also only a 13-minute walk from the hotel.

Bathroom: The bathroom was very basic and unappealing. There was no space to put any toiletries like shaving kits, toothbrushes, or makeup. When showering, water would splash all over the bathroom floor as there was no shower curtain. This caused water to collect around the toilet, and there was no drain to let it out, which made using the bathroom quite uncomfortable. Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi connection was relatively weak and on one day, it was completely out of service.

Everything was amazing in blue residence dahab The pool was great The breakfast was good, it could be better though, there's always room for improvement. Amazing staff, everyone is smiling and doing their best to make you comfortable. The apartment was clean and had everything I needed and whatever extra thing you need, the staff will do their best to provide it The only issue I faced was that I didn't get the same apartment I booked, I got a different one with one less bed, because the one I booked was given to someone else, but to be honest the staff did everything to accommodate me and my family and showed me different available apartments until I was satisfied. So I want to thank everyone in blue residence for their amazing service My stay only cost about 8500 egp for 3 nights, so it was a great value for money

Very friendly and considering staff... They were very service orientated and the hotel just made our stay perfect. Amazing kids pool lots of space in the rooms and friendly staff

we found the breakfast rather limited in selection and it was the same every day.

We would have prefered no music playing outside, especially during breakfast but also it was too loud round the pool.

Beautiful, well-kept territory, quite a large swimming pool, spacious apartments. There is a cafe on the territory of the residence where you can eat very tasty. Quiet, as there are no major transport highways nearby. Convenient location: 2 minutes walk to the nearest supermarket, 5 minutes to the central street, where there are many restaurants, cafes and shops.

Internet via WiFe is of very low quality. Probably there are no fiber-optic networks in Dahab yet. Low speed, poor coverage of the residence territory. It is better to immediately buy a local SIM card - Vodafon office is 10 minutes away by foot. The staff is very friendly and polite, but they respond to requests very slowly. It took 2 days to get an additional set of bed linen, 3 days to clear a blockage in the sink in the bathroom. You need to be persistent and then requests will be fulfilled faster.

Omar did his best to make us enjoy our stay and organised trips for us. All the staff was nice and welcoming.

Nice location in Mashraba plenty of clean space on the location, pool, friendly personell. Tasty breakfast.

I understand that this hotel is new and still in process of improving. My apartment has a some things to do with comfort. For example there are wires but absent spot lights on the side of the bed and in the bathroom. But on the other side there are some elements are already broken like electric outlet in living room or towel holder in bathroom or inner door in the fridge. There is kitchen furniture but no cooking hot plate (only micro oven) . There was no ceramic cups and dishes no forks and spoons. Only few plastic :( but they supplied us on request. Also there are no place to hang the clothes at the entrance so I suggest them to set clothes hanger or at least hooks on the door.
