Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Nothing major only constructive observations: The curtains in the living room can’t be closed only the soft curtains close Small finishing details like door alignment and handles to be improved To Provide disposable slippers
The staff are very helpful and welcoming (all of them I don’t want to mention by name so i miss someone) The apartment we had was large and well equipped with all requirements Quite and cozy About the comment in other guest about the (SHATAF in the bathroom) the toilet seat equipped with water flush for cleaning Water, beverage, coffee, tea, snacks and other refreshments are given as welcome gifts daily Mr. Mohammed Ahmed again many thanks

Beautiful and very clean building, with lots of public seating areas in it, with complimentary snacks and drinks. Wonderful staff and will trained and very hospitable 🤝 Special thanks to Mr. Abdulrahman and Mr. Ahmad, i could not ask for better hosts. 10/10 stay, me and my mother are very satisfied with our stay. I would recommend this place to everyone with any hesitation

Attention to details, very humble and kind staff. They would go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable and smooth. A big thank you Marwan who got in touch with me prior to my arrival and made the check in process so easy, he was regularly checking up on me during my stay. Nothing major as the place was simply exceptional, but if I were to be picky, then the sofa was a bit hard and uncomfortable. The wifi is a bit weak, so maybe have a wifi extension as standard all around the apartment. This might not be an issue with the apartment, but it seems all over Cairo, stray dogs are everywhere and they can become noisy at night.
The apartment is modern and spacious. The location is good. The host and the staff were always helpful and available to help, simply everywhere will greet you with a smile all the time. The fridge was full of complementary drinks. The lobby has a small coffee counter full of stuff and also there are some toys for the little ones to play while waiting for taxis at the lobby. We asked for toilet pressure and they provided it immediately.

It’s was a nice and modern apartment with lots of space! The staff were all excellent, really happy with everyone especially Marwan! He really helped us have the best time and he managed to arrange everything the way we wanted! Great person and company, will love to stay here again! Special thanks to Mariam and Abdulrahman, the one bedroom apartment was specious and super clean. Location is great, less than 10 mins from 5a waterway, Garden 8, district 5. Don’t worry about the check in instructions, they will contact you and it is easy access. We arrived at 4am with no issues. Will definitely come back again!
