As soon as I checked out, no wifi for the customer in the lobby. They have possibility to give a new account for the connection, but only by payment. Absolutely no go!!!

It was Really amazing stay specially in Ramadan. Staff was excellent and location amazing. Room it was good . Cleaning was good . It was really amazing . I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions when visiting Cairo. I choose this property because of the professional service from all staff , the cleanliness of the room and all areas in the hotel. Also the airport shuttle service which is very convenient. Once again this met all my expectations , and I had a very pleasant stay during my time here.

Rooms needs some Renovation , more Variety required for the Breakfast in compare with the Cost of B.Fast Rest are all ok and Appreciated

The distance is really far from the hotel entrance to the main road, and I suggest that the hotel should provide like golf carts service from the hotel to the main road.

THE VIEW IN THE ALL OF THE ROOMS IN THE HOTEL IS WONDERFUL BECAUSE OF THE SHAPE OF THE HOTEL ( U SHAPE ) , THAT MAKES ALL THE ROOMS SEE THE SWIMMING POOL AND THE GARDEN.

Service is not great as staff are not very friendly nor attentive. Also the waiters in the garden are not very aware of items on their menu, making the ordering process slow and inconvenient.

I thought I had included breakfast in my booking but it turned out it was no included. Is this due to ambiguity on the Hotels. Com booking system? I was informed by a colleague there were two different rates for breakfast to the left was Egyptian 420 and to the right Egyptian pounds 210. There is no clear signage as to what's in each category. For example I like to start with fruit which is to the left and have no idea if this is under the 420 or 210 charge. Some indication as to what breakfast costs which amount would be useful.

We didn't have much of a view from our room but it didn't really matter as we were only staying one night.

The staff were excellent. I loved that they checked twice to see that we had all that was needed in our room and brought extra coffee etc. We loved the Egyptian Restaurant, Abou Aouf, great food. We were only staying one night and didn't get to use all the facilities but everything was there that you would want, including a barber where my husband got a beard trim. Also plenty of money machines.

With the hotel being a bit outside the city we had to take taxi to town. Even though we paid for taxi service in the hotel the driver was pushing for tips (which he got) but asking for more tips almost aggressively in Dollars not Egyptian pounds. I'd be careful with belongings when in the markets.

The Concorde El Salem Hotel is not far from the airport and provides free Airport shuttle. The staff were very welcoming, polite and helpful with information. We had a free room upgrade with garden and swimming pool view which meant we could watch the evening entertainment without living our room. The room was spacious and very clean. There were black out curtains and a balcony with two layers of doors (no noise). Coffee, tea and mugs available. Air conditioner worked just fine but didn't need it. They cleaned and vacuumed every day. The bathroom was clean, with fresh towels and toiletries provided every day. There are about 7 restaurants in the hotel to try out. We enjoyed a different restaurant every night. They had life music and belly dancing every night. There's a gym, salon, business centre and even banks in the hotel. Lots of activities for everyone even horse riding. There's also taxi service in the hotel incase you want to go into town which costs about $15. We were there for 4 nights and enjoyed every minute. Our stay was comfortable. Thank you to all the Staff members, they made our stay wonderful. This is a place you should go to forget the outside world. I will definitely be back!!!
