EgyptI think he should do cleaning before we come. That would be great . Give us more trash bin in toilet and let us know about what we won’t have as a normal hotel . The rest he is very friendly, we stayed just 2 days and he come over 2 times to ask if everything is ok
He is helpful. Came when we have just check in and the place was not clean, he came and did quite good cleaning by himself. This place is for resident , not belong to the resort, but you can use beach and swimming pool. We paid about 2500 Egyptian pound coz promotions. Quite cheap compare to the normal price here. So we just want it to be clean . You have no basic thing like towels, shampoo . So prepare for that . When we msg him ti ask some information aabout museum he tried to look for it to us. All good, just cleaning was not good yet when we arrived but the owner came and did it. I hope the owner took more care about this place .. it will become great and price is very well budget when you travel with family Restaurant in this area not good , you should walk out and try star fish restaurant outside . Thank you for coming to us when we have just check in. Hope you will get more customer and you will have more invest for this good place . Good luck

United StatesIt was very dirty . A lot of bugs in thr toilet alive and running Mosquitoes didn't let us sleep and all of us was killing them for 2 hours. The water of toilets are brown! Beds very bad and old and a lot of hair on that

EgyptThe Appartment is inside the hotel Mirage bay, just 1 min from the general walk to the see inside Mirage bay hotel. Advice for rentals : you must have your own towels. For the beach and for shower. Shampoo and everything cause it's not the hotel but apartment. Staff for cleaning dishes if you will eat at home. Apartment having kitchen, good beds and pillows. The Appartment is beautiful, nice lighting and balcony. The best think :you can use all facilities from Mirage bay - aqua park and beautiful beach. The manager Mr Ahmed in touch and fixing problems as much He can.
