For being a budget hotel, we have nothing to complain about.

The staff was amazing, friendly and very helpful. If you want clean bed, comfortable mattress,clean bathroom and shower,quiet, peaceful hotel, then book Eileen hotel. You will not be sorry, and oh, close to all the main attractions was a plus for us. A huge shout out to Ahmed, he was incredible!

Excellent Breakfast. Very close within walking distance of several important places, like the The Egyptian Museum. The staff was very helpful in resolving what I needed for a stomach issue to new foods and spices.

Unfortunately the street was very noisy and we could hear it from the room.

We loved our stay at Eileen hotel as we directly felt like home. When we entered the building, we did not really know what to expect, then arrived at the reception with a very nice team. The room was also big enough and had everything we needed. Thank you for making us feel that good in Cairo.

The property is kinda old needs to be improved to make it more comfortable. But it was ok.

This is our first stay! Very helpful and nice staff specially Yassin! He checked us in and gave us suggestions on the nearby restaurant and the restaurant was great! Seems like a famous Koshari place! I was surprised when I watched YouTube videos and it was suggested there as well! The buffet was authentic Egyptian style and they also gave us free early check in!

Among all the hotels I’ve stayed at, the staff here have been exceptionally kind. They responded sincerely to all of my requests. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and I slept very well. If I have another chance to come to Cairo, I would definitely stay here again, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip.

A hidden gem. Close to everything you need yet in a side street, away from traffic. Absolutely perfect location. Nothing is far. We had a gorgeous king room. Super big and well decorated. Absolute value for money.

Breakfast was varied and hearty, good selection. Staff incredibly helpful and friendly. Very quiet too, even though it is in a central location. Rooms fully air-conditioned, fridge in each, bathrooms clean and spacious. Wi-fi available in rooms. You can also book trips and airport pick-ups.

I was surprised to have our towels washed after one day. Really unnecessary when we are trying to conserve resources. A good service to offer would be refills of water - at the price of buying new would be fine but could save on plastic and Egypt really needs that.

Great little hotel close to museum, Tahrir Square and lots of eateries. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Good range for breakfast. We had a problem with a leaking tap and it was fixed immediately.

We had a short stay at Eileen Hotel Cairo, arriving at 1:00 am and left around 10:30 am. Despite the late hour, the staff were present, welcoming, and even offered us a drink on arrival, which was a nice gesture. There was breakfast available in the morning, although we didn’t have much time to explore or enjoy all the hotel’s facilities. The room was alright for a brief stay, and the beds were comfortable. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant overnight experience. We didn’t stay long enough to give a full review, but it served us well.
