The hotel offers nothing special. The photos on booking are much better than the hotel in reality.

It's hard to say what I liked.

Beach not the vest ro swim in if you have as other Egypt Beach references: Sahel, Salah Hasheesh

If you are looking for a place where you can find total serenity/ Peacefulness this is your place. Authentic away for big crowds of international hotel like the places newt door in Makaadi heights. So so calm. And the perfect place to be if you are coming just to spend the evening after a day diving at Sharm el Naga for instance. But if you are coming just for the beach not the best. More than anything i enhoyed the calming, the fact that there were very few other guests, sittinhmg in the outdoor area under the moon by the sea with the wind at night, the morning and evening atmosphere basixally + the cleanliness, the staff, the food of the hotel. And it was near my dicing center (20min by car)

The hot water didn’t quite work and the cleanliness was not too class.

The hotel is great value. All the staff were welcoming and very helpful. The suite was large, with a large terrace with a view of the sea. The beachfront has plenty of seating. The area is quiet and away from the road noise. There is an on-site restaurant which serves delicious fresh food.

The quality of rooms is getting more and more ran down. It was my 3rd stay and every time to rooms look a bit older and more worn out.

Nice place, close to the port where diving boats are leaving.

The last straw was when I went to the beach to watch the sunset. The beach is filthy and poorly maintained — swimming there is impossible, with trash and sharp rocks that could cut you. The only thing you can really do is sit on the chairs. While I was sitting there, I left my flip-flops in the sand. After watching the sunset, I was heading to eat when I found out that one of the Arab kids from the hotel (about 14 years old or older) had taken one of my flip-flops and cut it with scissors, making it unusable. When I went to report it to reception, they told me it was ‘a dog,’ even though the flip-flop had no bite marks and a very clear scissor cut. I asked to see the security cameras; they delayed showing me the footage, and then it turned out they had cut the video, claiming it automatically stops recording when there’s no motion. However, they forgot to cut a part where you can clearly see the hotel kid holding my flip-flop. When I asked for compensation, they refused. First, they claimed the kid was holding a hotel key — I showed mine, which is tiny compared to a flip-flop — and then they said it was a water bottle. I asked them to call the police, but they refused. A policewoman happened to pass by, and when I asked her for help, they spoke to her in Arabic, and she just left. I can’t imagine if I had lost something more valuable, like my phone or laptop. After this happened, I had to carry all my valuables with me whenever I went out because I didn’t want to risk having something else damaged and being fed the same lies. I have never felt so mistreated in a hotel. They have no idea what hospitality to guests means. If they don’t want to treat foreigners well, they should just make it an Arab-only hotel and spare people from having such a terrible experience.

By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, not just in Egypt, but anywhere in the world. If you’re not Arab, don’t even think about booking this place unless you want a major headache and to ruin your vacation. When they see you’re a foreigner, they try to overcharge you, even at the restaurant, with rigged prices. I bought a risotto for €6, and when they converted it to EGP to charge my card, they tried to charge €8 instead. So make sure you watch closely when you’re paying here

    Nothing really.

Stayed here whilst diving with Freedom Divers in July. For most of the time we were the only residents in the resort. Location is excellent, a short walk from the pier where the dive boats depart, and the main Dive Centres. Also a relatively short walk from what restaurants and shops there are in Safaga. The resort has its own private beach front which is kept clean and tidy, which can’t be said for the neighbouring stretches of sand, and the sea is wonderfully clear. We are five and had a triple room (hard to find) and double both with great views out over the red sea. The rooms are large and clean, with effective air con. Its hot in July. Breakfast was included which was good, although after 5 days maybe lacked a bit of variety. We had dinner in the hotel once during our stay and the food was good. Staff were all very friendly. If you’re diving in Safaga, can’t think why else you’d be here, this is a great option particularly given it’s proximity to the pier and Dive Centres.

the room was not clean you could see the dirt on the floor behind the doors, behind the bed. towels were stain and ripped. the room smell bad like something was rotten. we ended up spraying with some spray and perfume that we had. i would bot call this a resort. they have a small restaurant, bar and gym.

it was a one night to get to the port for a Cruise, price was Fair, staff was nice, Free Breakfast was ok, sitting by the small beach was ok. restaurant and bar was ok for then again one night. nothing to do around the hotel.

Wifi unreliable and does not cover all hotel. Had to sit in the lobby to get internet Bathrooms towels were originally white but that must have been a while ago…I didn’t touch one of the towels being in doubt Room locked needs are repair; it was so dated it made noise through the entire floor and I think that wasn’t just my room door. Good that I only had to stay a night otherwise I’d have gone into depression not holiday mood
