Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

KyrgyzstanThe beds are too old. I was bitten by bed bugs and had a very bad allergy. But the staff immediately changed the room when I requested. I'm so thankful 🙏 The swimming pool is so small and divided into 3 parts by robes. It's uncomfortable to swim and enjoy it.
The location is good. It's close to the beach and the main street. It's a budget hotel. If you're not picky, you can stay here. They clean every day. Haven't tried their food. But according to the guests it's better to eat out.

HungaryThe wifi was available in the room, but the internet did not always cope with the load, a bit stronger bandwidth would be better.
The location of the hotel is excellent. 2 minutes from the city center, but despite this very quiet, with a private beach on the seafront about 5-6 minutes walk. The staff is friendly and helpful, the hotel courtyard and interior is very welcoming. The service (all inclusive) is in line with the price level, we always had a good meal, nothing extravagant, it was standard. If we come next time, we would come to this hotel again, price/value unbeatable, the hotel was not the primary aspect, but the surrounding location, the sea, the facultative programs.

The hotel is central located in Naama Bay. We stayed 3 nights here and then 6 nights at another all inclusive resort in Nabq. It is obviously not comparable but the room looks like in the pictures, it was clean, the staff was friendly and they had a lovely pool area. I would definitely say the room was worth the price. We didn’t have any meals included so I don’t know how the food was apart from a toast that I bought from the pool bar, which was nice. There was supposed to be some form of entertainment at night, but we didn’t have time to go.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Naama Blue hotel. The staff at reception were friendly and extremely helpful. They gave me lots of great recommendations for places to visit. The beach is only 10 minutes walking distance and the hotel is in a great central location.

FinlandOnly thing that I did not like was that late in the evening at 11 pm there was still loud music outside which could disturb your sleep and we are early birds. Luckily we are not so light sleepers, so it did not bother us too much but it could if you are.
They provided free access to the beach and also beach towels which was very nice. Beach was only about 6 min walk. Their breakfast was amazing. Buffet breakfast with a lot of different choices and you could order free pancakes on omelette as well. They also had different options for coffees. Staff was very helpful ond friendly. They allowed us to have late check out until 1 pm for free. The pool was also very clean and nice.

United KingdomThe WiFi was just about OK but not really strong enough. The rooms are OK but not aesthetically pleasing, don't expect a 5 star looking room, they could do with a little revamp. The all inclusive drinks are served in very small cups.
Naama Blue was great value for money. The whole hotel was extremely clean. The staff friendly. The beds were comfy. The food was good and a good variety, fresh pancakes and omlettes available at breakfast and a good choice for lunch and dinner. Really good location just a few minutes walk from the beach.

United KingdomThe rooms and hotel are definitely a 3 star, everything is okay just tired and worn. The beds were quite hard for me, but the bedding and room was clean. Not your typical all inclusive, the smallest size drinks ever, and restricted to the lobby bar, even though there is a pool bar. The lobby bar is open 10am to 10pm. The pool is 25m, I swim many lengths regularly, sadly there are 3 ropes you have to duck under each length. I know they have done this to stop people getting out of their depth (4m at the deep end) but there must be a way to have at least one swimming lane to accommodate those who can swim? There are no toilets by the pool side, so you have to walk across to the reception to use the ones there, not ideal, when you are wet from the pool and the floors are all smooth. The only bad comment about the staff, is that they tend to jump to the needs of their superiors before the customer! I often had to wait for a drink, as they are too busy making teas and coffees for the management and staff, rather than pouring my drink. This could also be a cultural thing, as I am female! Either way, the customer must be their focus going forward. Without customers, they wouldn't have jobs.
The staff were great, always happy to help you with anything. The staff were definitely the biggest asset to the hotel.. Especially Ebs and Hassan on the bar, Zayda and Saied on reception. Also, the security guy at the entrance too, he always had a welcoming smile when he saw you. The size of pool is great for swimming. The room was a good size and you had free use of the safe in there. The massages were great value, especially if you booked a few. The food was good, not a chip in sight, for the all inclusive. It was good Egyptian food with the odd Italian and Russian. The coated fish was lovely! You can get burger and chips from the payable menu and they were very good. There were a couple of belly dancing shows at the hotel too. The TV had a movie channel that was all English speaking movies. The beach was only a five minute walk away, and the snorkeling there was great for the fish life. The hotel backs on to Genena City Shopping Mall, this has shows outside every night at 10pm. A great place to walk around, as you are not hassled there. Overall, as a solo traveller, I felt safe in this hotel and will definitely return.

United KingdomSafes in the rooms could do with replacing as they don't work. This is probably due to guests leaving and not changing the codes
Third visit, and felt like an old friend being welcomed back by staff. Every staff member was friendly, helpful and polite. Visited the restaurant often for lunch and occasional dinner. The salads and soups are absolutely yummy. Meals are extremely good value for money, with soup, salad, mains and dessert/fruit. I never had breakfast so cannot comment on that. As always my room was clean and comfortable. As I visited in February this time, it was lovely that there were cosy duvets on the beds. The beds are really comfortable. Towel art is a nice touch. This is a budget hotel, so don't expect 5 star. You won't find luxury bathrooms in your room, but everything is there that you need; towels are clean and showers are always hot. The pool area is really pretty, as are the rest of the grounds. The entertainments staff are friendly and proactive in involving residents. Evening entertainment is good, with dancers and music in the forecourt which has a nice seating area with a relaxed atmosphere. The hotel is in a good location, just a few minutes walk from the main town, and local facilities are good. The Genena shopping centre which is a stone's throw away, has a fantastic fish restaurant and entertainment in the square. There are security staff who ensure guest safety Massage is available and price is negotiable. There is a good selection of books on the shelves next to the reception area Tours can be booked in the hotel reception area. Free wi-fi in and just out side of the reception area. I think guests would be happy to pay extra to have wi-fi available in the rooms For the money this hotel is excellent value and I have never found cause to complain about anything.
