Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The bathroom was big and spacious but i didnt like that the shower didnt have a sliding door so the water went out and i had to clean it every time and i wish for the hotel to have its own restaurant again like before coz the breakfast at tandoor was very good but its a hassle to go every day by tocktock
A very good stay loved the hotel not my first time there actually been there since 2014 the location is great and the rooms clean and well kept and the break fast was very good

Pillows and mattress.
The location is truly magnificent — just a 5-minute walk to the beach in front of the marina, For the price, the stay was very good and offered solid value. The room had a pleasant view overlooking the pool. However, the pillows and mattress were below standard in terms of comfort and could definitely be improved. Breakfast had very limited options on-site, but you can take their free tuk-tuk to Ali Pasha Hotel (also around 5 minutes away), where you’ll find a better selection — not an open buffet, but still a very good and satisfying variety. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a very good stay, and I found it to be well worth the money. My only real complaint would be the pillows and mattress.

I asked for late checkout They told me to check out at 1 pm maximum Inspite the hotel was nearly empty and all clients were checking out So they dont have the problem of being full I dont understand why exactly they did that

hotel is far from the beach, walking in the hot sun can be very annoying breakfast is very limited and the seating are is very small a lot of stairs to reach upper story rooms

I didn't particularly like how there weren't enough electricity sockets in the room.
I loved how the staff was flexible with our checkout time. The location was perfect. The pool was always sunny!

some electric outlets did not work, it is a little dark (i guess because it is on the first floor),
the reception is a bit far at the Mosaic hotel, but the people there (both Mikes) and the young man Ayman, were all great and helpful... it feels like you are in an apartment building away from noise and many people, and that is fine for me...

The pool was not heated, and a bit shallow for an adult. Bed lines were bed old and not smooth, however itvwas extremely clean. There were not so many activities to do around the place and the ones they offer is overpriced that we had to go to hurgada for the good much cheaper activities prices.
The staff were extremely welcoming, helpful, professional and made us feel at home. The room was so clean, well furnished and balcony was a great plus. The room service was great and is provided everyday. The breakfastvwas good not so much variety but the quality was good. The location was exceptional overlooking the marina and it was so calm and relaxing. The marina beach, is so great l, it is extremely clean, the water is so great and the beach is sandy that you can go in without any sea shoes unlike many other beaches and the beach is very well maintained.

The only thing that was a bit uncomfortable was the sheets. They're old and not soft
