The apartment is in a good location and is clean and well-maintained. The building is old, but the apartment itself has been renovated nicely. Check-in was very easy. However, the mattress quality was poor and uncomfortable, and Poor water drainage in the shower. Overall, a decent stay with some areas for improvement.

The building elevators are old and busy most of the time, wish the stairs would be usable , especially it is the second floor and would be easier to use stairs rather than waiting for the lift

Beautiful View from Balcony , Simple modern furniture, ease of communication with hosts / property management team, very responsive and helpful. Apartment was clean and tidy on arrival. kitchen utensils were available. All ACs were working perfectly, heaters as well !

One bedroom is a bit noisy from the street downstairs but that's common in Alexandria.

The apartment was clean and comfortable and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed and some extras. It was very lovely.

The place is exceptionally beautiful. The owners have taken care of all the small details to ensure that our stay was more than comfortable and delightful. Communication was very smooth and helpful with the friendly property managers. They showered us with suggestions and tips to ensure that our stay will be as remarkable as it can be. Aroos El Bahr resturant was disappointing and not recommended at all

very warm hospitality, Mr. Nabeel was very kind and supportive, Mr. Nour who recieved us was very kind, patiant and cooperative. the appartment was very clean and fully equipped like hotels, you don't need to take towels or bed sheets or blankets, kitchen was well equipped, it was very suitable for families with kids, place was very near to interesting resturants and coffe shops on gleem bay. view was exciting

I had to leave

I had an incredible stay at this property. started with a warm welcome call from Nabeel who accommodated my arrival time graciously. met by Nour the property Manager who was very professional showing me around the property and answered silly calls from me asking little things. as for the place, it captured my heart. it was clean which was a priority for my family, well equipped with towels, sheets, pillow and many bed covers. the location is superb as I never stopped looking at the sea taking all this fresh air in. I know it is not much but having these bathrobes for my morning tea was soooo calming and a spa like. I love my robes and my tea specially with this view. I had wonderful breakfast and dinners with my family at this adorable dinning table. the place came with great initial essentials as hand soap, toilet papers, kitchen cleaning supplies which is key for me I celebrated my birthday with my family there and I never once wanted to go out to have a coffee or dinner out. we just preferred to order in and just enjoy the view and welcome vibes of the place. the security guards did a great job looking after our needs if needed I am sure we will call this place home away from home whenever we visit again. thank you Nabeel and Ghada
