Rooms were okay overall, wifi was not working at all, breakfast location was dull as the roof area was renovated, pool was not working as well.

Some or most of the sockets in the room were not properly functioning, they were kind of worn out which made charging devices a bit tricky.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, breakfast was standard but very good quality. Minor issues were always quickly resolved. Well recommended for staying over with family and little kids.

There were a couple of mosquitoes in the room so it was a little uncomfortable being woken up to them buzzing in my ear.

The room had a beautiful view of the sea and was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also clean, plenty of hot water and the shower had good pressure.

The shower drained extremely slowly in the bath and the window in the room rattled all night in the wind which made it quite noisy. It was a windy night which exacerbated the problem, but it had also been rattling earlier in the afternoon before the high winds arrived.

The bed was comfortable with plenty of hot water in the shower. The staff are very helpful and friendly and breakfast was tasty and varied. The location is very central and within walking distance of a lot of cafes, touristic places and the Corniche.

The intense stink of chemicals in the room 525, gasoline or wet paint, so I had to keep the window always open.

The receptionists were incredibly friendly and helpful, they gave us also a free upgrade of the rooms. Position optimal, very close to the promenade and fully in downtown Good breakfast

Some parts of hotel are dated. Shower in our room did not work very well. Maybe some of the linen needs to be changed. As you're in downtown Alexandria, noise is to be expected 24/7. Not the hotels fault however.

Staff very friendly and attentive. Made sure that we were always looked after. Good breakfast each morning. Fairly central location in downtown Alexandria which comes with both pros and cons!

The Hotel was conveniently located; it was in downtown and near a lot of facilities such as shopping areas, transportation were convenient as well. The staff were friendly and efficient; though we checked in in public holiday and the hotel was totally booked, yet the staff checked us in in little time and they were cooperative. Our room was huge, it was on the 6th floor so we hardly heard anything of the street noises. Overall it was a nice stay. This is not the hotel's fault, but I didn't have breakfast as the hotel was totally booked so I avoided going there, and I didn't know exactly how the restaurant was or the quality of food.

Great location, near Corniche, about midway between Qaitbay and Bibliotheca Alexandria. Breakfast is a large buffet with a lot of choices. The bath towels are thick. Wi-Fi in lobby adequate. The lobby is beautiful, the guest floors are dated. However you have not paid for a Hilton.
