I lost my towel and bath glove while hanging in the balcony in different days. So, if you don't want to lose anything be careful about that.

I stayed in a 6-bed dorm for 10 days and overall had a great experience. The staff were extremely helpful — special thanks to Kareem and the rest of the team for their excellent service. If you’re looking for a clean and comfortable hostel at an affordable price in Cairo, I definitely recommend it. The location is fantastic, right in the city center. Sheets and blankets can be changed daily upon request, and the shared bathrooms are cleaned every day. There’s also free breakfast available from 8:30 to 11:00, and the Wi-Fi connection was generally good. Also if you want you can wash your clothes here for 15EGP for piece. For those staying in the dorm: just a small note — if you’re an early sleeper, noise might be an issue since it’s a shared room, but that’s the case with most hostels. A small suggestion for the management: adding hooks behind the doors or on the bed frames would be a simple but very useful improvement.

Mohammed and Adem were so accommodating, and brought us breakfast to our room even though it was past breakfast time. The location is very central in downtown Cairo, directly opposite the Cairo museum and easy to get to restaurants and bars.

Clean, very centrally located and very accomodating. Staff helped us immensely with arranging travel to Luxor and allowing us to shower prior to our overnight bus. The location is right across the road from the museum, very safe and room was spacious with huge single beds. Aircon worked beautifully and the breakfast was delicious and filling. Highly recommend for any travellers exploring Cairo on their own or in a group.

Not a big deal for us but maybe would be great to renew some of the things in the room like the curtain hangers and curtains. Also nicer chairs and table in the balcony. But nothing crucial that I would say is bad from this place. They offer you some tours which can be found cheaper in Get Your Guide but if you say no thank you they would not insist which is appreciated.

Property was great the rooms are comfortable and enough for two people no problem. The location is a highlight and the breakfast! It is a small but nice hostel to stay, staff is friendly and helpful with great suggestions and ready to answer any question you have. They are available 24/7. There are different small markets/kiosk in less than 5 min walk and many different attractions just 10-15 min drive with Uber as well as some shopping streets just 15 min walking distance. If you are looking for an authentic Koshary you have a great restaurant just 10 min walking distance.
