We had an amazing stay at Holy Sheet Plus Hotel. The location is just perfect, just a ten minute walk to the museum and the central square. The rooms were nice, spacious and clean. Food was also really appreciated! But the best part of this hotel is the staff: everyone was extremely kind and helpful and always went the extra mile to attend the customers. We had a medical issue during our stay, but the receptionists were ready to help and speak to the hospital. We won’t forget what you did for us! Definitely recommend this hotel for a perfect stay in Cairo <3

The only thing that is off putting is the access. The hotel is located on the 9th floor of what appears to be a residential building. You need to use the lift to get there but that only goes to floor 8. So you have to climb the last flight of stairs. This might be a problem for people with access needs. Initial impression was worrying, but actually it turned out to be a very pleasant stay.

The hotel itself is extremely clean and friendly. All the staff from reception to the restaurant were so welcoming. In fact, we were upgraded to a better room at no extra charge. The breakfast is amazing. If you are looking to stay downtown, then the location is ideal. The road it is on is one of the main shopping streets in downtown Cairo with plenty of restaurants.

Location was good and close to centre of Cairo. The rooms were clean and quiet. Staff were helpful and full English speaking. Breakfast was fresh and different variety.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The room was spotless and also the hotel beautifully decorated. The location was perfect - close to key attractions. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary bottled water, cozy toiletry amenities and a delicious breakfast with stunning views from the restaurant terrace. What really stood out was the genuine hospitality. Whether it was helping with directions or just offering a friendly smile, the team went above and beyond. We will definitely be returning and recommending this gem to friends and family. Thank you for a memorable stay!!

Its not the traditional sort of hotel entrance that one would expect as its in a commercial building at the tenth floor. So, finding it at first was tricky but the staff were really helpful.

The hotel's location is very close to the Tahrir museum. The service was really amazing. Jen and infact every staff member there was quite pleasant,kind, and helpful. This hotel is situated on the 10th floor of the building, and the lift is only till the 9th floor, but the team took care of the luggage. The place was clean and neat, and they take care to maintain it that way always. Overall we had a pleasant stay and were extremely delighted with the room upgrade we received. Even the Bell Boys, I must say, were really helpful. Super happy about the overall service here and I must say the best we have received amongst our stays in Cairo.

I didn't have breakfast but the options looked good. The location was right downtown. Quite a busy area. but a good place to stay for exploring the city. A clean, very reasonably priced hotel with helpful staff. Great value for the cost.

I stayed at Holy Sheet Plus five separate times during my 2025 trip to Egypt, and each stay was consistently excellent. The airport pickup service arranged through the hostel was reliable and convenient. After long flights, being met and guided straight to the entrance made things much easier compared to navigating ride apps at the airport. The location is another strong point—on the 9th floor in Old Cairo, within walking distance of the Egyptian Museum and Tahrir Square. It gave me a great feel for the local atmosphere. The nearby bus station also made travel to other cities simple and efficient. My room was always spotless and comfortable, with modern furniture and strong air conditioning that worked perfectly even in 40°C+ heat. A couple of times I had a room with a balcony, which was a bonus. The Wi-Fi was fast and stable throughout my stay. I enjoyed local dishes and fresh juice at the rooftop lounge, where prices were reasonable and the atmosphere relaxed. At one point, I needed to rearrange my travel plans after a cancellation, and the front desk team helped me quickly organize a multi-city itinerary that included a Nile cruise. Everything went smoothly thanks to their support. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Special mention to Jan, who went above and beyond. And thanks to Antonius, the place is exceptionally well-managed. Would definitely stay again.

One really small thing, we could have benefited from bedside lighting.

We loved the hotel, the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The rooms had everything we needed for a really comfortable stay with complimentary water & soda in the room fridge on arrival, was a nice touch. The hotel organised the airport pick-up/drop off which worked like a dream, taking the stress out of our trip. An authentic local breakfast was a bonus, we love to eat the local food and added to our experience of Cairo & Egypt. Loved the terrace area, only used it for breakfast, but great to know there's a place to relax outside of your room.

Everyone was super friendly and helped us with everything we needed. The atmosphere was really relaxed, and we even ended up booking the tours with them as well — everything turned out perfect. Jan took care of us with a lot of patience and guided us every step of the way with the best recommendations.

The location was a little hard for food delivery drivers and taxis to find.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Yusef and Victor welcome me with such a warm greeting. It was clean also very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
