The only thing I did not like was Wi-Fi. Aligned with other reviews: it does not work. If you come and want to be online - SIM card.

Habibi and all the recepcionist are great. Water/orange juice offered is very appreciated. Unlike other reviews, there is hot water. Make sure you give flow to the heater :)

There is no heating in the rooms at night when it got chilly. A member of staff did try to turn the aircon to heat but it did not work. The facility to pay the hotel bill was not great either, and when I forgot to take a screenshot of the transaction I had messages from the company questioning why I had not paid when I had.

The view of the Pyramids from the hotel terrace was spectacular and the rate for the hotel per night was not excessive. It felt very special to have breakfast/lunch/dinner at the Pyramids. The vegetable option on the hotel food menu for around £5 was also good value and was very nice and fresh

the air condition didnt heat up, it blew cold air. I talked with another guest, she had the same issue. luckily I had two beds in my room, so i can use another quilt. otherwise it would have a cold night.

Great location, two minutes walk from the entrance to the Pyramids. Rooftop view is great and you can see the light show for free and hear it too. Clean room, comfy bed. Free water 24/7 and also good breakfast

Obviously the view was incredible, even the Sphinx can be seen from the left side of the roof terrace, where they serve a fantastic breakfast. Staff extremely friendly, everybody including the politeness of the cleaning staff. They offered free bottled water anytime which was very nice. Only 3-4 min walking to the Pyramids ticket office

Location in the area where you walk around and see horses overexploited to please the tourists visiting the Great Pyramids of Giza. Steep stairs to the upper floors where rooms are located may be challenging (though the staff will take your luggage up to the room and down on check out). The air conditioning unit was not working properly despite the efforts of the staff to fix it.

Location with a view of Great Pyramids from the roof top terrace and from the window. Friendly staff. Unlimited free bottled drinking water provided by hotel. Free transfer from the airport to the hotel on arrival (as we stayed 3 nights). Hotel staff arranged for us a day tour of all pyramids in Giza and further south in an air conditioned vehicle and with the guide speaking our language.

We arrived here at short notice after another hotel we booked turned out not to exist. The staff were excellent - very friendly and gave us free water every time we entered or left the hotel. The breakfast was good and view over pyramids very nice.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the views are magnificent! It's located very near to the Pyramids complex but you will need to arrange transportation to get here and around, as it's a very local area.

Our bathroom was small and flooded after every shower.

The best feature is the rooftop view of the pyramids. You can even view the sound and light show from the topmost deck. They graciously give you bottled water when you leave and return

The guy on the reception on the night shift, bad appearance , was sleeping, and was not helpful at all, when I had a problem with editing booking details he refused to help, and refused to contact the hotel administrator to solve my problem, after long debate he did

Mr El Haj Othman, managing the restaurant on the roof, a very friendly man and listened to my complaints and guided me how to visit the pyramids next to the hotel in the proper safe way, Thanks for him
