The food is not good , me and my wife had feel sick because of food , We stayed five days , we did not eat any thing from outside the hotel but at the fourth day , we had get poisoned and after i check out , i tool my wife to the hospital

Firstly, the food was amazing - being very clean and organised too! the pools were cold which was perfect for the very hot weather, being very clean with enough sun loungers (spaced well). it was a busy place but we didn’t feel it as everything was well spaced apart! room clean and spacious

Food at restaurant(Lunch & Dinner) is kinda basic one but clean..

Everything was great..Staff is very helpful and nice..Animation team is very active and doing a lot of activities and different show every night. Guards at the beach and pool are always awake and taking care of all people there..

In our room there was a door in the wall between us and another room. Sound isolation is not good, and we could hear everything from that room. So depending on the people next door, you could hear Egyptian tv shows late at night, even at 2 am. Internet in rooms is not existing, in theory in the lobby it should be there, but I was not able to ever connect to it. As a workaround you can buy sim card at the airport with internet packages which should be ok.

We came for the beach, and beach we got. It is a great beach, sandy, the sea is perfect. There are enough sunbeds, the water is clean. You do not have long entrance to deep water, no pontoon bridge, after some meters you can already swim. There are also some small corals, and you can see the pretty and colorful fishes swimming around. The staff is great, very friendly, always there to support any need. Special thanks to Haithm Salah, our waiter, who was taking care of our needs during meals. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day, no issue with this at all

so cleaning issues in the balcony .but as soon as I informed them .the cleaned it so quick and I understand that’s out of their hands coz it’s made by the birds around the location

I would file a complaint and report an incident that happened to my daughter unfortunately during the second day of our accommodation, which resulted in: 1. Bones triple fraction, and medical procedure placing 3 rods in her right leg! And I have evidence. 2. We canceled our vacation and left a day earlier, with full payment to that day which we didn't benefit from our stay at all! She was taking a drink at the beach bar, which is built unsafely as her leg slipped on the steps over there and we knew from staff and guests gathered when she slipped that such an incident repeats itself with guests with no notice to repair or change such dangerous steps! I moved from the hotel in a panic, made an X-ray in Elnil Hospital and medical procedure was a MUST, so I moved to Cairo immediately leaving a left behind baggage as we all were in a very bad mood. Yes, the reception provided a wheelchair upon our request to let her move from her room, but it was a terrible situation that the hotel management must consider it to avoid repeating such an incident with other guests! And there was no doctor at the property for emergencies!!!

The food was not good at all on the first day of accommodation. Though I was an all-inclusive guest, the beach bar neither served snacks nor beer. We had 02 invitations to the oriental restaurant, and when we did intend to use them for dinner it was advised that we should book one day earlier! This was not convenient, as I made my request for dinner in the morning but it was not fulfilled! Our stay was very short and we were obliged to leave a day earlier because my daughter had an accident at the beach (leg bone fracture), so we didn't use the invitations!

The main buffet restaurant didn’t have a great atmosphere, felt very ‘in and out’ and you didn’t want to sit in there too long. Could have used a guest info book/printed sheet of info about the hotel, was a bit difficult to find out what was included. Cocktails weren’t the best

Lovely beach, comfortable sun beds and nice sun umbrellas and privacy screens. Rooms had everything you need, good aircon, clean. Nice that you can help yourself to soft drinks all day. Food at dinner was tasty and good quality. only a short taxi to town and airport

Rooms are comfortable but a bit outdated.

After few years we came back to this hotel. Still beautiful location and nice buildings, great architecture. Does not look and feel as a huge hotel with many guest. Food was good, fresh and with nice variety. The staff was very helpful and friendly service in restaurants. Beach was great.
