No Wi Fi /No Gym/Old TV ,No proper TV channels/old furniture They never answer the phone number that they put on booking.com. The furniture was old a wardrobe door was loose but they fixed it as soon as I told them. One of the towel hangers was loose and fell down. No gym(locked). TV was old, channels were local, some are not clear. Buffet was below standard.. They asked for feedback regarding food, when I said the shawerma/ barbecue were cold the lady said you could've asked the chef to heat them. You have to pay to use the Billiard table, there is an old ping pong table downstairs. Volleyball net on beach, but no balls available. I feel that there is no effort to renew or improve although previous reviews addressed the same points, because the beach is still attracting clients. So they feel they don't need to do anything extra. 5 stars is shown at the entrance: the hotel itself deserves a maximum of 3.5 stars, beach and pool 5 stars. No restaurants or shops or entertainment areas close by!

The beach and swimming pool were great. Rooms were cleaned very well everyday. Staff were friendly.

1- first there was big problem in the elecricity at the hotel and we stayed without electricity and air condition for more than 07 hours (from 11h00 to 19h00) 2- the pool was very dirty and we were shocked by this since we know from previous stays how it looks like, then they closed it for two consecutive days for cleaning and maintenance, 3- No beach towels and you should bring it From your room, as per management instruction ... which really a punishment to oblige guest to carry heavy four /five towels for quite long distance for no reason... all guests were complaining about this but no one cares. 4- Buffet breakfast was okay but bakery section need improvment, it was one kind of pastry but with different decoration on top (chocolate, Jam, etc) just to make it looks like twenty kind of pastry on the buffet which was strange..

The beach and the helpful staff, Mohamed on the beach, Abdel Moneim Room service and terrace, house keeping staff and Mr. Adel guest relation and also life guards at the beach were very alert...certainly the staff is saving the hotel.....

I come to this place since 10+ years. I have seen little to almost no renovations in the facilities (generally speaking, the rooms, the beach equipment, etc.) during this long period of time. As a very minor example: the sofa's outside the lobbies and the tables are there since 12 years. They are getting very uncomfortable and aged.... Price are increasing sharply (reached 100+ $/day per Person for a sea room) but the facilities remained the same. So, hopefully soon some renovation will take place without further dramatic price increase. I sponsor also a gym with some elementary facilities (some weights, bench, cyclette, treadmill, etc.)

The bath tub was an old badly refurbished. The bathroom had a bad smell most of the time that the room service tried and failed many times to stop. At the beach there were no activities or services to enjoy. 2 out of 3 days the beach wasn't enjoyable because of jellyfish and garbage in the water.

The breakfast and dinner are superb, very good food. The location is near Alexandria. The beach was okay. The pool was enjoyable. The hotel was quiet and we enjoyed our time relaxing in front of the sea specially during the night.

Rooms need urgent maintenance, especially bathrooms, which have some broken taps and faucets. Still the restaurant menus, whether in the breakfast or in the dinner, don't have a good variety of food. This was one of my concerns in the last visit four months ago, and it is still the same issue.

The location is not far from Cairo, beach is well organized, and the new volleyball court and football pitch are great added values. And also staff are very hospitable.

Food was good, yet it needs more supervision and to be more fresh. Also, hotel needs more decorations and renovations. Entertainment is with the lowest quality. More parking slots need to be added.

The hotel location is the best. View from room is Exceptional. Staff is helpful.

One of the drawbacks is that you need to go up / down several steps to/from the beach with no ramps or accessible options for special needs or old people. Also, it is not quite convenient that there is noise from the animation team close to the rooms and until late hour. Another drawback is that they do not serve except Nescafé at the restaurant open buffet (no American coffee or espresso machine) unless you order separately and pay for it. They also do not provide an invoice upon checkout unless you ask for it, and when you do, you get just an invoice of the total without any details (unless you ask for details).
