It is in the details of this hotel: the beach towels are available in the room, in the evening you get fresh ones and you just give the used one to the room service guy. At the beach restaurant you get a fresh little towel (which has a nice smell) to refresh yourself. The staff is very friendly and they feel like a family amongst eachother, as a guest you feel this positive vibe too. The pastry is gooooooooood. OMG... really good! And then at the beach there is a beautiful reef where you can snorkel, we saw turtles several times. They do their best to protect it and you can see that underwater.

There was a mechanical issue with the AC in my children’s room (1208), which made the first night a little uncomfortable. Given the overall high standard of service and the enjoyable experience throughout our stay, this small issue did not affect our satisfaction.

I stayed with my family in two Deluxe Sea View rooms (1207 & 1208) from 21–28 August, on our first visit to Marsa Alam. The destination is perfect for anyone seeking relaxation, unspoiled nature, and exciting marine or safari activities. Our stay at the Steigenberger Coraya Beach Hotel was an excellent choice for me and my family, especially since it was our first time at an Adults Only (18+) hotel. The experience was wonderful for anyone looking for peace and relaxation. Every evening there are enjoyable theatre shows for about half an hour, as well as lively poolside parties, and if your stay includes a Wednesday, you will enjoy a fantastic Bedouin Night with a delicious Mandi dinner and traditional Bedouin shows that add a magical touch to the atmosphere. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the entire hotel team for their refined manners and elegant service. In particular: Mr. Bahgat Abdelhamid for his professionalism, and constant presence to ensure guests’ comfort, always attentive and quick to resolve any remark. Reception team (Mr. Mina and Mr. Ahmed) for their kindness and responsiveness. Of course, my gratitude goes to every member of the team without exception. It was truly an unforgettable stay, and I look forward to coming back again!

Our one-week holiday with my girlfriend turned into a truly unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived at reception to the very last second of our stay, we were welcomed with incredible hospitality. Ismael and the entire reception team were exceptionally attentive and helpful. Our pool-view room with a balcony was spacious and very comfortable. On top of that, the housekeeping team continuously surprised us with thoughtful gestures. The variety and quality of food at the restaurant were truly top-notch. The beach was absolutely extraordinary. We really appreciated the privacy, and compared to nearby hotels, Coraya’s more isolated location made it feel calmer and more premium. Having its own coral reef right in front of the hotel is a huge advantage. The loungers, the attentive beach staff, and the drinks were all excellent. The animation team also did a fantastic job. We enjoyed different shows, activities, and concerts every day throughout the week, all of them were high quality. I have to highlight it again: out of the dozens of hotels I've stayed in, this one stands out by far in terms of service quality and friendliness. From the gardeners to the service staff, everyone was so kind. A big thank you to all of them!

Reception accommodating our request and proactively proposing an apartment that fulfilled our wishes; quality of of food and choices and variation are fantastic; easiness to go in the sea and do some basic snorkeling is very worthwhile. Many very friendly staff (contrary to what one sometimes experiences in other places when traveling through Egypt) and to name a few: person at reception and manager of reception; Ahmed, the manager at our breakfast, lunch and dinner is exceptional customer friendly and sensitive to specific needs; also Mohamed Barhoum as well as the staff creating the perfect Danish pastry.

My sister and I had a truly relaxing time. The resort is peaceful and perfect if you're looking to recharge. The staff were incredibly kind, they made us feel so welcome and truly went above and beyond to take care of us. Special thanks to Tarek in the restaurant, and Nader, and Hassan at reception. The lifeguards were always present, very attentive and made sure we felt completely safe. Snorkeling with sea turtles was unforgettable. We loved every minute and can’t wait to come back!

It’s no good if you’re on a diet! Too much temptation. However if your strong willed there was still plenty of options. Plus I did see a plant base area to choose from. Any Vegans? Don’t panic it’s covered.

Everything, size of the resort, pour accommodation was excellent, 2 to 3 minutes walk from a fabulous beach. Strict rules to preserve the amazing under water world.

The air conditioning is very noisy. We were there in April, so we didn't need to use it much, but I can imagine it can be a bit of a pain in the summer. Our breakfast/lunch package was very basic and plain, considering how much food is available in the buffet.

Our spontaneous decision to spend our holidays at Steigenberger Coraya turned out to be perfect. From the moment we arrived to the moment we (sadly) had to leave, we were treated with wonderful service. Location: The hotel is beautifully located in Coraya Bay, protected from the strong April winds and surrounded by flowers and palm trees. Though the hotel is a bit older, it’s very well maintained and charming. Our room 1315 had a beautiful sea view. We love snorkelling and spent most of our time on the beach. The beachside service was excellent - always attentive, and my mojitos and margaritas were great! Food: The food was delicious with plenty of variety, including tasty local dishes. There’s a lady by the beach bar who bakes fresh Arabic bread, it smells so great. Lots of vegetables, great meat options, and very little junk food. We ate a lot, but it felt healthy. Activities: There was something going on every day - yoga, tennis, theme nights, volleyball, and more. Big thanks to Freddy and Kristýna from the animation team and to the tennis coach who made my first tennis session so much fun! Service: Mohammed, our warm-hearted waiter, took excellent care of us. Also, Ismael and the entire reception team were incredibly attentive and generously offered us both early check-in and late check-out. Our room was spotless thanks to Ahmed, who was always there when we needed a new beach towel. We truly had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back! Lukas and Tereza

Everything. The resort is beautiful, extremely clean, quiet and perfectly managed. The staff is nice and helpful. Nice shows, amazing food always different. Plenty of activities to plan during your stay. We loved everything and can't wait to come back. GREAT snorkeling with also sea turtles on site.
