We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe hallway on our floor was not vacuumed during the two full days we were at the hotel. There is no faster way for dirt to build up on carpeting than by not vacuuming it at least once daily. Our room was not vacuumed between day 1 and day 2.
I thought the hotel was beautiful and enjoyed the breakfast each morning. It was also very convenient to the airport.

We had issues with one of the facility that is part of the hotel property where the workers in this facility were ripping off my daugher with very high unreasonable price the next day for hair care and they lied to her about pricing. When we complained to the GM, he showed absolutely no compassion for customers.
