Beds were twin unfortunately but were joined up on our request. Bathroom would have preferred to have a walk in shower as tubs are very inconvenient. Toilet were missing wash pipes but on our request were instantly connected. This could be informed to guests on check-in

Room was good with a great view and spacious. Housekeeping was excellent and very quick in assistance. Great location and taxis always available easily. Very courteous staff at restaurant and cafe. Thank you

Nothing significant. The lobby is a bit small for a five star hotel if that matters to anyone

Pressure to review and quote staff names some who haven’t earned it. It seems hotel rewards those whose names are mentioned.

To be honest the food. But that’s just mainly a cultural preference and not cuz it was badly prepared or anything

My room. I loved it. Even though the view was city view it was still lovely. Staff were super friendly and helpful as well.

    Breakfast was a little over-priced.

The staff at the Kempinski Nile Hotel were exceptional, making our stay very comfortable - nothing was too much trouble. Our room had a Nile view and it was very pleasant to watch the boats in the evening. Food was excellent, although we felt breakfast was a little overpriced compared to the restaurants for dinner. The spa facilities comprise jacuzzi, steam and sauna. It was nice to be able to relax after a dusty and strenuous day exploring Cairo.

Not walking distance to anything interesting, and the taxi's provided by the hotel were not good (friendly drivers, but the cars were very old and broken. None of the taxi's provided had seatbelts for our children, and some of them had no windows. In crazy Cairo traffic that felt unsafe).

We liked the friendly staff, the size of the suite (it was very big and easily accommodated our family of 5), the cleanliness, the pool, the breakfast and the Turkish Restaurant.

Traveling in Egypt this was without comparison the most expensive. Of course due to being in mid Cairo, but the hotel was a bit worn out and the prices for room and restaurants is x2.

The poolbar was nice. But only 7 sunbeds, so if busy you get none. Restaurants good but expensive. Room was clean but a bit worn.

The hotel is worn out; facilities are rather basic, not Kempinsky style; on the other hand, prices are very affordable as well compared to peer hotels around. We stayed one night, it was fine

The location and Nile view were superb, walking distance to the Egyptian museum, breakfast was sufficient, good selection, no issues with personnel.

Very good hotel, well located in garden city, central cairo. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, staff was very attentive. We dined twice at the italian restaurant where food was excellent. Their in room continental breakfast is also very good.

The rooms ( we stayed in a suite and a room) need a thorough cleaning. The fabric tapestry was stained, dark from dust. Even though the decor is dates, it could be spotless with some effort.

Great location. Comfy beds. Good food.
