Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThe shower kept flooding into the bathroom creating a mess that I had to mop all the time. The TV had very limited channels especially for children. The fruit was very limited - not enough for my son and I and only had oranges and apples. The bottled water was very bitter and my son refused to drink it. The kiddie pool was filthy and I had to take my son to the adult pool which was cleaner but very cold. The jacuzzi didn't work in the pool. They also have a ridiculous rule of no swimming after sunset and we were told to get out of the pool. This was quite disappointing as we had been in the pyramids all day and hadn't had a chance to use the pool. My son also got kicked in the bathroom and there was no clear signage for him to understand how to open it. The hotel staff quickly resolved this but it was quite upsetting for my son and I especially in our first night.. There aren't any nearby shops or restaurants, so one was forced to eat in the hotel or go out further to find a local shop.
The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The AC worked very well. Complimentary fruit, water and coffee was an added bonus. The food options for breakfast and dinner were great.

United KingdomSome staff didn't seem to understand english so it was difficult to ask for advice. My room had some drink splashes on the walls so cleaning hadn't been done properly.
Location - close to the airport and free shuttlebus. Pool and gym were lovely in the morning! Room service came to check if I needed more coffee or tea.

RussiaLoby is busy with different people. When we arrived there was a very demanding group there. The staff was trying them to calm down, but still you might feel unsafe at this point)
The hotel is close to the airport, but you still need transfer to get their (easy to take free of charge from the hotel upon phone call). The facilities are well enough for a stay b/w flights. We have not used much in the hotel. Just a short night stay, but it was quite comfortable

United KingdomThe price was a lot for quite a small room, also though it was mostly clean it wasn't totally clean, old dusty spider webs were hanging from the ceiling which felt a bit grotty, especially for how much I was paying.
Very welcoming and friendly staff and the free airport shuttle was really a blessing, the main reason I stayed there. The bed was very comfortable, the shower had great water pressure and was nice and hot, and the room was well equipped. The room was very quiet and I got a very nice night's sleep.

SloveniaThe hotel otherwise is a bit warn down (the room is OK-quite modern). For the money we payed, I would expect a higher standard, cleaner hallways and tables/table cloths in the restaurant. The room walls are also quite thin. It was a bit too pricey in my opinion.
The room was really nice, clean and modern with welcome water and some sweets and fruits. The free shuttle service runs every 30min to the airport and it is very convenient, if you have to stay overnight and have an early flight out. If you come late at night, I still recommend taking an uber and go to the city center: cheaper at the end. The restaurant La Orangerie inside the hotel is good: inexpensive and tasty. The staff is freindly.

MexicoAll was good, no complains or dislikes. Very good hotel in every aspect. Keep the good work guys, very satisfied with our stay and will definitely be staying here as many times we get to visit your beautiful country.
Superb option to choose when needing to be close to airport. It was for our last night of our 20 day stay in Egypt, we flew to Cairo from Luxor at night and the hotel shuttle picked us up. We had a lovely dinner, slept wonderfully, had a great breakfast early in the morning and booked a last 3 hour morning drive around Cairo to say farewell and buy some souvenirs. The hotel staff was ever so helpful on arranging all that was needed for our plans and the shuttle took us promptly to the airport to catch our flight back home. The hotel does not have a direct entrance from the airport but has a shuttle service every 30 minutes, and you are AT THE AIRPORT, not near, there! I traveled with my mom and daughter and was a bit iffy on the hotel having a Casino but was under restoration. Nevertheless it is at the back end of the property so no concerns in choosing this hotel in the near future should the Casino be open. Hope this helps your decision, go for it, you will enjoy your stay. Regards.

United KingdomWe didn't experience the breakfast as we left at 7.00. Our tour operator arranged our airport transfer and it was a little early for our 9.00 departure and unfortunately clashed with the hotel's shuttle service, so the lobby and check out were a little busy
This was a last minute choice to be close to the airport for an internal flight. As it turned out it was a great hotel and perfect after a long day touring Cairo and an early departure the following morning. The room was very comfortable with every amenity including loads of washing and shaving kit etc!.
