You have to pay in cash (they have a ATM right outside the lobby) no fees as it is a Muslim bank.

Huge room, king size bed (w/ soft sheets), shower was big w/ good pressure/ hot water. 2 beautiful balconies that faced the Nile river. The outside pool was clean, lots of umbrellas, friendly staff to provide towels and you can buy soft drinks. Highly recommend.

A little bit noisy inside the hotel. Not that pleasant and familiar atmosphere that you find in the small hotels on the west of the Nile.

Comfortable, clean, room good equipped including refrigerator, tea cooking facilitie, flat screen TV, modern bath room, small balcony. Very good breakfast buffet included. Nice view at the nile, at least from the terrace and small swimming pool. Late check out.

Below average breakfast, no other food options either. The spread looks large, but not even the bread is tasty. We find that the food in Egypt was surprisingly mediocre, at best, and this hotel was no exception :-(

Good location, close to restaurants, sights, friendly, accommodating front desk staff. Clean rooms. They have a pool, and if the weather had been warmer(we were there end of December), sure, this would have been a great place to lounge. I would still pick this place to stay for a couple of days in Luxor.

Shower was not draining well, there was always water accumulating even overnight.

The room was quite big and clean, we had a balcony with Nile view. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also good. The swimming pool looked great, unfortunately not warm enough to swim in. Great location, about 20 min walk from Luxor station.

Everything was to my liking. Attentive and friendly staff. Quiet location but only a short walk to Luxor Temple. Hotel kept spotlessly clean.

My room was perfect for me with a comfy bed, great shower and hot water supply with a wonderful Nile view from the balcony. Breakfast didn't thrill me but was included and, therefore, great value for money.

The Lotus Luxor is a very well appointed hotel with lovely rooms having little balconies and courteous staff. The breakfast buffet was also very nice and all in all, it was a great experience at a very reasonable price.
