Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Spainyou have to pay for wifi they don’t speak English pretty well and communication sometimes is a bit complicated too many cats in the garden trying to steal food 😅 not opened bars 27/7 we needed a doctor for an injection and they asked us €150 for that. we solved it for 5€ in the pharmacy in front of the hotel they eat pigeons, omg!

LuxembourgNo free wifi in the rooms, only in the lobby. No free cola/beer during dinner if you only have half board (this is only for all inclusive guests).
Good buffet with varied options which kept changing through the days so you don't get bored. There is a show every day after dinner. Convenient beach but you should bring your sandals as it's full of rocks.

ItalyThe staff tries to overcharge tourists for anything. They promise WiFi but actually it's free just the lobby... For room WiFi, you have to pay 5€ per day!! They have a taxi service that is 5 times more expensive than Uber (use Uber!!), plus the taxi driver is dishonest and tries to ask for more money when arriving at destination
The hotel is right in front of the beach. In 1 minute you're swimming in the sea. The room is big and quite clean

LatviaI really enjoyed my stay - the room was very nice, clean and spacious, with a balcony and a sea view. All the personnel was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located near the centrum which is convenient. I would've liked more choices in the restaurant but overall the food was good, especially the fish! I'd say the hotel is suited for people looking for peace and quiet because it is not as loud and noisy as other hotels in Hurghada - but that's up to anyones prefrence.

EgyptThe guests were mostly over age ,so the kids won't have as much fun. The beach towels were a bit smelly. The hotel doesn't have a private parking.
First of all, I would like to thank Mr Ashraf the general manager. We had a small probelm and he was keen to solve it on spot. Also special thanks for Ahmed and Ziad from reception as they facilitate our check in very fast. The restaurant staff were very kind and helpful. Thanks for Tito and Amira for always having a bright smile and being joyful. The food quality and variety was very well. The pool was a bit small but always very clean. The rooms are very big and the beds were extremely comfortable. Mohamed the pool bar was very active and nice. I recommend for relaxation especially for families.

HungaryIf you are considering a holiday in this beautiful part of Egypt, this hidden gem is the perfect place for you. Hotel is clean, beachfront and located in a peaceful neighbourhood in the heart of Hurghada. Staff made sure all our needs were met. We also loved the after-dinner entertainment shows they offered on a daily basis. Buffets were varied to satisfy any dietary requirements; the quality of food was also super good. Will definitely stay there whenever I get the chance to spend a holiday in Hurghada any time in the future :)

MalaysiaMy room actually is just partially sea view, I wish that the hotel should state it clearly so that the customer will not disappointed and the price for full sea view and partial Seaview should have some slightly different. The card sensor for my room 416 door have problem. It's hard to get open the door. Please check the door, it has problem. The crows in the garden and the beach are so annoying. They steals my food.
The staffs are friendly and helpful, the meals are okay. Love the garden and area. Some pharmacies and souvenirs shop nearby.

FranceThe director made me pay 5 USD extra compared to the price I reserved on booking and the added tax. When I asked to explain me he was not available and looked in a hurry, he just said that it was booking mistake concerning the basic price and to contact them. That was a shame, but at least the other staff was super nice.
Everything was great, breakfast was really complete and varied.

United KingdomBeing "harassed" to try the shops in the hotel when you repeatedly say you don't want or need anything from them. This approach put my friend and I off of even looking even when we may have been interested originally.
A great location a little outside of the more hectic side of Hurghada but within about a £1 Uber to the city centre or marina areas. Lovely animation team, very friendly and fun to be around. The friendly Egyptian people in and around the area.
