No tissues in the bathroom (but I was shy to ask and didn't need it - I'm sure whey would it within 1 minute), only rainshower with no curtains - but it is still great value for money

Amazing, unbeatable view from the window - i kept the curtains open during night and was falling asleep and waking up with the view of pyramid Good size room and as for Egyptian standards very clean Stylish ancient Egyptian decorations both inside the room and outside Breakfast included with delivery to the room within 3 minutes from the time of message (on the picture my breakfast is already half consumed :) ) Nice host always ready to help and sort out things (and its immediately), just messaged how to order food and within minutes it was there, same with hair dryer, even helped me to go to the airport Good location, in the city with lots of shops, very close to Carrefour and bakery with fixed price, still close to pyramids but without all the crazy harassing peoples Despite of above - location in the city close to shops- room was quiet day and night, no waking up muezzin :)

My two-night stay at the Miracle Pyramids Hotel was truly exceptional. I deeply appreciate the outstanding service provided throughout my visit. In particular, Mr. Ahmed, the responsible person for the hotel, ensured a smooth and pleasant experience. The room was well-appointed, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. I would also like to commend Mohamed for his remarkable hospitality; he consistently checked on my needs and contributed significantly to a brilliant stay. The daily breakfast was both lovely and Furthermore, the hotel's convenient location offers close proximity to the Pyramids, restaurants, and the new Grand Egyptian Museum.

Lovely hotel with a courtyard, pyramid views and an excellent papyrus museum right downstairs. Within walking distance from the Giza pyramids. Fast communication even before check-in and great help arranging a complimentary hotel pickup in the early morning. The best part was the hospitable staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome.

The staff is wonderful and helpful, always doing their best to assist in every possible way. This alone deserves a high rating! I would also highlight the good and tasty breakfasts, which were even delivered to the room upon request. And, of course, the view of the Great Pyramid of Khufu from the room window is always a special bonus.

Everything was great! The staff was amazing and gave help and tips for everything. The location is right behind the pyramids (actually we had a great view on them from our window). Surely the best choice for your trip in Gaza!

Great hotel in a fantastic location, close to the Pyramids. They arranged a smooth airport pickup. The room was clean and adequately equipped. The breakfast was excellent and served in the room. The mattress still had a plastic cover, which was a bit noisy but not bothersome to me. The staff was very welcoming, especially Ahmed and Mohammad. They went above and beyond to make my stay more comfortable. I requested a room with a view of the Pyramids, and they promptly moved me to one. The hotel also has a beautiful front yard, which is a great spot to relax and enjoy a coffee. The papyrus store below the hotel is amazing. Amireh showed me how the papyrus papers are made and answered my questions with great patience.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel and cannot recommend it enough! From the very beginning, the service was top-notch. Mr. Gabri arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport even though we arrived late at night. The late check-in was seamless and hassle-free, which was a huge relief. The room was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, comfortable, and with a breathtaking view of the pyramids. It truly exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Mr. Mohamed and Mr. Gabri, who treated my mother and me like family. Their kindness, attention to detail, and professionalism made our stay unforgettable. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and happy. Another amazing detail is that Mr. Gabri can also help organize guided tours, which is incredibly convenient and ensures a memorable experience exploring the area. The Egyptian breakfast was perfect, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The entire staff was incredibly attentive and professional. The stairs but a lift will be installed in the very near future

The staff and management could not do enough to help you. They are renovating at the moment including employing local artists to paint the outside walls with pictures of the pyramid,pharaohs etc. All the work that’s being done will make this hotel standout from the crowd. The owner is exceptional in the way he goes out of his way to satisfy his guests.

The bed still has plastic on it which is nice because it means it is new but it was a bit noisy at night. No problem for us though!

Gabri and his staff were all really lovely — they waited for us at the airport even though we spent so long, they organized a great tour for us, and the breakfast was so delicious and filling. The room itself was very clean and the view of the pyramids is so beautiful. I cannot wait to be back!

Missing pillowcases. But we asked for a sheet to cover the pillow, and Gabri gave it to us immediately.

Staff very welcoming and helpful, always available for whatever we needed. Gabri took us out for food when we checked in, and made us some tea after. Big and nice breakfast.
