The bathroom inside the room is so small. And sometimes other tenants in the same building leave the elevator door open, and we have to wait until someone closes the door back.

The breakfast is ok. The restaurant ambience is that of a cozy vintage style with a beautiful sea view.

The hotel is at one floor of a common building and the entrance of this building is really bad and old, but after we understood that this is a “normal” issue in Egypt in general.

We didn’t stay too long but the room was very clean and smelled really good. The view was amazing, the location is near most of the main attractions and the staff was very kind.

It was hard to find when we first arrived as it is located inside a building and there were no signs anywhere.

Our room had a great view of the Meditteranean Sea with a nice balcony overlooking the busy street.

Not much, parking was just a little difficult in the afternoon but was easy at night. If you don't speak Arabic, I already know you'll find it hard to find the property, it's basically the 9th and 10th floor in the building on the corner of where google maps will take you. Next to the very colourful "El-Abd Patisserie" which will be difficult to miss. Make sure you call them in advance to clear that up.

Personally, I think it's very good value for money. The view was magnificent although the property is a little on the aged side, but the AC was working great, the water in the shower was warm with good pressure. I was staying for one night for work reasons and it wasn't planned, I was able to get a good night sleep, had a proper shower and a nice breakfast, the foul was especially tasty. I have no complains except that it was difficult to find parking at the time of check-in but when I returned after work at night it was very easy to park, and I parked basically under the property.

Really old chairs in the balcony , loud noise because of the tram and the very crowded area may cause some people to be annoyed

You can't really see the nice seaview as the balcony has a tall wall, you have to be standing to enjoy the view. The bathroom needs some repairs. The room has a connecting door that made me a bit uncomfortable.

The hotel looked vintage and it felt that you went back my time. The breakfast was okay, but potions were small with no coffee. The staff were nice and respectful. The cafeteria has a nice view.

The noises from outside are so annoying so I needed to buy earplugs to sleep, The internet is extremely bad!!! Literally there is no internet connection They need to take care more of the hygiene at the kitchen Otherwise everything was perfect 👌

The Location , the breakfast is extraordinary, the internal restaurant is so beautiful and classy, the staff especially Mr Ahmed was very helpful and cooperative specially when paying the fees .

The Hotel itself has a nice lobby, but it is a bit hidden inside a building, which has a not very decent ground floor.

The hotel is in a very good location. It's on the main street and 5 minutes from the sea bay. Staffs are nice and patient. Breakfast good.
