I had an amazing stay at New Locanda Pyramids Hotel. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff was warm, friendly, and always available to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet — exactly what I needed. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the Pyramids, which made visiting them super easy. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace with a view was a real highlight — such a peaceful moment to start the day. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay near the Pyramids in a calm, clean, and welcoming place. I’d definitely come back!

WiFi doesn’t stretch to the rooftop but great when in your room. It’s on a busy street so can be quite noisy at times but overall didn’t affect my experience.

The staff were lovely and always happy to help or answer questions. It’s great seeing the pyramids from the roof, which is a real selling point. Breakfast was good too, a lot of food and choice.

The hotel is just in front of the pyramids. The staff was really kind waiting for us late at night (almost morning) and were really aiming to help us! Beds were confortable! A few downsides: it's juts by the street, so some rooms can be quite noisy, my first room had some cigarette smell coming from downstairs (and they were happy to change me to another room!). I also struggled a bit with hot water. Breakfast was great and with amazing view to the pyramids. Great value for money!!

The stay was fabulous, the staff are lovely , especially Amel and Abrar, they were kind to follow up with me since the day of my booking until our arrival. The room is very clean and equipped with all what's needed and they made sure to offer us extra stuff if asked for! The view from the terass is breathtaking, we had access to it all day and night long ! The girls gave us tips on how to go around the place and assisted us all along with no extra charge! They made our stay remarkable and we will definitely get back to the same hotel in our next trip Thank you for the wonderful service ♥️

On my arrival I was presented with a new local law that prohibits Egyptians sharing a room with foreigners. I ha e never encountered this anywhere else in Egypt. I had a pressing engagement and had to check in but the receptionist kept justifying this and wasted a lot of time. I had to cancel and book two rooms - two triple rooms for two people! And then I was told extra if I did not pay cash

This hotel is small and has obviously just been renovated. The rooms are quiet and comfortable; the breakfast on the rooftop is ample and tasty. Most staff were very pleasant and helpful

The hotel is clean and very near the Giza pyramids to get walk. Besides, the staff are really kind. Especially, Lala is so kind and friendly that she change my room because my room was a little noisy owe to face the main road. I appreciate.

The locations and staff are the best part. It’s walkable to the pyramids. Staff go out of their way to accommodate your needs. A guy at the reception called Zakarya as well as a girl call Lala are the best. They would even accompany you if you needed to pop out for a quick shop. Breakfast is served at the rooftop with surreal views of the pyramids. We enjoyed their breakfast. This hotel is definitely a good value for what it has to offer. Close proximity to the pyramids was brilliant! Thank you!

Asma was very rude, the WiFi didn't work very well in the room and the first room was so noisy as it was so close to the road. However, Amna did move us, though not to a room we paid for, we rather be downgraded as it was too noisy in the initial room. The hotel charged additional 3% for cash payments just FYI for future guests. Also, we were quoted $15 for a 10 minute taxi ride as the receptionist said it was unsafe to do an UBER. We ended up trying out the UBER app, it cost us $1.5 and it worked fine.

Amna was polite and helpful, overall was clean. They were generous with bottle water and have hairdryer or iron when asked.

We couldnt find this hotel on google map, we had to carry all our luggage to another hotel. Then when we got the room, the bed was broken. We moved to another room the washroom wasnt fixed and the wifi wasnt working. It was so loud we couldnt sleep till 11 and woke up at 6. All n all it was a mess. The bf was also poor in comparison to anything we got in Cairo, Luxor and Aswan
