The distilled spirits were locally produced and not very tasty. The music at the sundeck in the evening was usually too loud, this was not good for the overall atmosphere when all you want is to have a drink and enjoy the view. Also the music playlist could use an update

We had a fantastic experience on our Nile cruise! The boat was beautiful, incredibly comfortable, and the food was consistently delicious. But what truly made our trip unforgettable was Mr. Sayed. He made us feel completely safe and at ease the entire time. Incredible nile cruise!!! Sayed helped us plan our tours, and he provided guides and transportation to the sites. He had exceptional communications and was clear with daily itineraries. Before our arrival and throughout the entire trip, he was in constant contact with us to ensure all our needs were met and to plan the next days. We were on Le Fayan boat. We had rooms with stunning view at the front of the boat. All the guides showed up on time, picked us up from the boat and had great knowledge of Egyptian history, and were extremely pleasant and hospitable. At the end of the cruise ship, we had the pleasure of meeting Sayed in Luxor, who invited us for a sunset boat on the nile, which was lovely. He even helped us organize transportation the next day on our departure from Luxor. Would highly recommend this tour and agency to anyone looking for an unforgettable nile cruise!!!

The pool is quite small and hard to use as always full of kids - but this is only a minor detail. For once in Egypt, we didn’t feel pressed to tip every single person on the boat at every single interaction. Instead we were did at the end of the trip. Reminder that you’re expect to tip every driver and your guide. I could tell they weren’t so happy when a couple tipped “less than expected”. We always felt pressured to tip and being on a moving cruise without ATM, it’s not exactly easy to withdraw cash so do plan for this. Given how much we pay for this experience (above price compared to other boats) I truly hope the boat staff and tour guides/drivers get paid a decent wage on the back of it. Lastly, I felt like the entertainment on the boat was lacking or was too late in the evening. Given that most people had early tours in the morning (4/5am start) it would be nice to start the entertainment earlier.

We stayed on the Lady Carol cruise. Nice boat and beautiful large room with a balcony overlooking the Nile. The food was good and diverse. There were always snacks available between meals as well. Staff were attentive and friendly. Mr Sayed was fantastic in organising everything for us - from tour guides (included in the price) to additional tours (Abu Simbel and Luxor Hot Air Balloon) and transportation to our next location. Our guides were very knowledgeable and made the temple visits even better. They clearly knew the subject - from previous experience in Cairo, not all guides before our trip started were this good or qualified. Due to the extreme heat and tight schedule to get the boat on the move, you will usually have 4/5am starts in the morning (to avoid the heat), so be prepared for this. You will get the rest of the day on the boat to enjoy! All in all don’t miss out on this incredible experience, made smoother by Mr Sayed!

Our adventure began, having been picked up by a private taxi and Mary, our private guide. Mary was fabulous, impressively knowledgeable, warm and witty. After visiting Philae temple complex, which included a pre arranged private boat charter, we were whisked to the mooring of the Royal Viking, whilst enjoying Mary’s inciteful running commentary. We were accompanied by Mary on board to smooth our reception experience. We were delighted with the floating accommodation, plush comfort meets style and elegance. This theme was replicated throughout the cruise, from the friendly and approachable staff. Nothing was too much trouble. We even had a little niggle with our WiFi, within the hour of reporting our situation, Mr Sayed had organised for Mary to supply us free of charge with a prepaid SIM card : problem? what problem? The food and service were both excellent At the beginning of each scheduled Temple tour we were met on board by our private guide and taxied privately to the intelligently planned excursions. Plenty to see but not an over ambitious schedule. All of the private guides kept up Mary’s quality and treated us to iced bottled water whenever a thirst came upon us. On our final day, after checking out of the floating accommodation and a morning’s full and (sadly) final visits, we were finally united with Mr charm and warmth himself, Mr Sayed, who treated us to a private Felluca (sail boat) experience, he even brought a westerly wind to send us southwards, the river Nile gently lapping against the hull in the warmth of the afternoon sun. The crew couldn’t have been more convivial. We were sad to leave our Aswan-Luxor experience. Of course, we were accompanied to the airport by Mr Sayed and another one of his charming and very skilful drivers.

The cruise along the Nile is absolutely unforgettable. The crew of the MS La Traviata was amazing, friendly and made our stay comfortable and overall enjoyable. As like any cruise ship everyone arrives at the same time to visit the sites. We at times waited around a little bit in order to get the crowd out.

Cruising the Nile is an unforgettable experience. Our boat Olivia Signature is a two year old ship and well organized trip by Sayed. Communication was always top priority for Sayed making sure we were well taking care. Highly recommend his services.

The only 2 negatives were: 1) the constant and sometimes relentless approaches from men and children trying to sell souvenirs at the major tourist sites. We realise that tourist 'dollars' are an important source of income, but the ironic thing is that we were put off from showing any interest in the merchants' products because they didn't give you chance to shop and browse in the relaxed way we are used to doing so at home. I rarely saw a tourist purchasing anything, so I'm sure I'm not alone in this viewpoint. 2) on one occasion, we were offered the option of a horse-drawn vehicle or a tuk-tuk, to get from the boat to the temple we were visiting. I'm sorry to say that the general condition of these hard-working animals was poor, with many of them having unkempt coats and visible ribs. We chose to travel by tuk-tuk and I would encourage others to do the same, as tourists need to send a message that the welfare of these poor horses is substandard and that it has to improve.

I was travelling with a friend and we had a fantastic time cruising on the Nile from Aswan to Luxor. It was our first cruise, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The boat (MS Jamila) was very clean and well-equipped and the food was delicious. The staff were all so friendly and helpful and it was wonderful to watch the banks of the Nile pass by, and to watch the farmers and fishermen working by/on the river. Our tour was organised by Sayed, who was quick to respond to any queries we had, and who organised guides and drivers to meet us at all the major sites, for a seamless sightseeing experience. The temples and tombs of the ancient Egyptians that we visited were literally awesome, and our guides Mary, Esraa and Sherif were very knowledgeable Egyptologists (and great at taking a few photographs for us too!). A fantastic trip, and we loved seeing such beautiful sites and learning so much about ancient Egyptian history and architecture.

If you need help to plan the trip of your dreams to Egypt, book your tour with Mr. Sayed!!! When we first started planning, it was so overwhelming with all the options for tours but he helped us through every step with details so we understood exactly what we were getting. In fact, he began helping us a month in advance of booking and was very prompt, professional, and trustworthy with all his suggestions. Not only did he give us the best recommendations, he also organized our private tours with amazing guides which allowed us to be more flexible with our timing and program. To add to that, the guides he gave us spoke English very well and were pleasant company to have. He was also very helpful in resolving issues we had with our room because they initially gave us the wrong room on the cruise but he was able to take care of that immediately without any hassle on our end. Then during our time in Luxor, he personally met with us and was able to spend a wonderful evening on the felucca (wooden sailboat) which became one of our favorite moments during our trip and was a nice touch on his part to accompany us for this activity. Overall, our trip was so wonderfully organized and enjoyable, due to the assistance of Mr. Sayed, that we will 100% use again or recommend his services to anyone who is looking to have a trip to Egypt that they will never forget! Once we got off the boat, the vendors on the streets were sometimes very aggressive, asking us to visit their shops or give them gifts (money). However, once we were on the boat, everything was very peaceful and joyful.

The Nile Cruise from Aswan to Luxor was amazing, providing us with a wonderful and cozy experience to explore Egypt. The boat was very clean with vintage decoration, and the service was good. The landscape around the river was beautiful, and the weather was perfect. Sayed also provided quality tours to visit Egyptian temples and monuments, including experienced guides and comfortable private transportation. Several tours are included, such as the Philae temple, Karnak temples, Luxor temple, Kom Ombo temple, and the Hatshepsut temple. The Abu Simbel was not included, but it was totally worth paying an extra fee to visit it. It was a pity that we could not take the hot air balloon because of the windy weather. From the beginning to the end, Sayed helped us organize our trip and took care of us. Highly recommended!
