They forgot to set up the coffee in the room and tried to come into the room even when I said they should hold on. I blame it on language barrier.

The staff were very friendly and courteous. I was checked in swiftly, got complementary fruits, and they kept checking on me to make sure everything was fine. The room was super clean with a pool view and enjoyed my time.

Good value for money. The room and bathroom were very clean as well as the rest of the hotel. Both breakfast and dinner buffets offered great variety and very tasteful food. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend it!

Breakfast could be improved in varieties and quality. Also there was no concierge.

Room was very good and comfortable mainly how many electricity outlets are there of all types including USB and type C and also a wireless charging option for iPhones which was a nice surprise. Staff was very helpful and supportive when we needed an extra bed and when we needed to extend for one more night. Housekeeping staff were also very responsive and helpful. Also loved the lighting system in the room.

The breakfast options were limited and remained the same throughout the week. Previously, the breakfast menu offered a wider variety.

Everything was exceptional. The staff were incredibly polite, attentive, and supportive. The renovated rooms provided outstanding comfort and a truly relaxing experience. Pool view from balcony is awesome. This was my second stay at Novotel and of course not last. Housing keeping is always polite and ready to help especially Mr. Mehmood and the whole team around him.

I faced a night with a terrible noise and I couldn't sleep all night , another night the ac was so cold asked to fix it.

I liked it alot ..the location is close from everything I need I'm sure I will repeat this experience again.

Small misunderstanding re: guests in the room that could have been handled better by the desk staff.

Only the repairs happened long in the ground floor was noisy that day but reception team changed my room immediately to quieter room when I called them, really thank you guys

I really liked the place after the renovations, small things can make your life easier Like the wireless charger, usb and c type charger, electric sockets which suits any devices you may have, The staff : Ziad and Abdulrahman in reception, they are very supportive and helpful with any thing you need , Room service : Reda and Anas , really appreciate specially Reda when I forget some stuff of mine he brought directly to me. Special thanks to Salem as well All in All my stay was very good time

i had to change the room at 4 in the morning due to high level noise coming from ventilation sistem.

Guests are disrespectful to the rules, they are smoking everywhere, even in the non-smoking floors. And I am talking here about staying there for more than 9 times... Same thing happens everytime.

Good location, decent staff, the service and the food are good.
