We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

My stay although it was short but it was exceptional, everything was perfect from the reception staff especially Vereena who was the sweetest and very professional and decent to every staff member in the hotel everyone here is welcoming and smiling they’re super friendly in a nice way, the room had a breathtaking view on the nile it was amazing, the breakfast was delicious and Aya was very keen to listen to any comment and she passed by all tables to check if they’re satisfied, moreover the pool was clean and staff were kind, thank you for this stay and for makong it memorable and definitely won’t be the last. ♥️

Egypt- I asked a staff at night for late check out and he refused. However, in the morning I asked the staff who did for me check in in the beginning and she helped me with no issues. - The pillows are squared shape which was not comfortable at all.

EgyptThe staff are AMAZING and always smiling starting from Mr. Osama, in the reception, to Mr. Hatem in room service, and Mr. Mohammed in the restaurant. We had an upgrade to a junior suit, which is basically a bigger version room of the superior king but with the same facilities. The room was spacious, and the view was breathtaking. The room was super clean 👌. What I recommend is to keep one complementary bottle of water for each person staying in the room, including the children. The breakfast was nice. I recommend adding French fries and chicken nuggets to the breakfast as some children will only eat that. Overall, the stay was amazing 👏 Thank you so much 🌹
