The beach is clean and very comfortable

The variety of food & activities.

The food was great, the staff were very helpful the beach was nice. The hotel pool was so nice and calm. The rooms were comfy the suites specifically are very spacious and nice.

After 2pm the beach becomes a bit unclean due to the number of people, room service were very helpful but took too long to even reach our room just to provide toiletries.

Very good three star hotel. I loved the buffet: its diversity and taste. The beach is nice and also beautiful gardens around the buildings. I was satisfied with decent realistic prices for groceries inside the hotel. Special thanks for clean, nicely maintained beach towels.

There are certain things which are unacceptable even for a 3 star hotel, I mean cleanliness doesn't not depend on a price. It was not pleasant to see garbage in the water at the beach, also so many cigarettes in the sand. And generally all over the territory every now and then we saw trash without bins ;) Also in room items could be maintained better: broken curtain racks, dirty mirrors etc.

I liked the private beach and the staff working there were very helpful and friendly.

The rooms weren’t very clean. I changed my baby’s nappy and two seconds later the nappy was surrounded by ants! Also the bedsheets were itchy from being too old! At least there weren’t bedbugs! The room service guy whipped the toilet floor and the room floor with the same dirty rag! The luggage guy kept asking personal questions and hinting on giving him a tip which we were going to do anyway but I didn’t like how he asked. The pool is so dirty because the people there go in with their jeans and clean their nose in the pool water so we only used the beach which was cleaner and quieter.

Reception Team is kind & super helpful Animation guy was great especially with kids, Unfortunately I didn't catch up his name but I sincerely thank him for his great attitude with kids & the joy he's bringing to them and the fun atmosphere he creates. Llcation is great. Beach is sandy & the sea was so great all the time.

Food with very poor variety & less than average quality & taste. More attrention should be given to the beach regarding cleanliness, setting of sea beds, quality & quantity of towels.
