older hotel that has seen better days but we still rested well and the location is prime

the receptionist were all very helpful. after a long day of sightseeing relaxing at the pool was refreshing and we could sit and watch the sunset. the hotel is very generous and upgraded us also we got cookies everyday. housekeeping and the waiters at the restaurant were really friendly and sincere. we extended for an extra day because of this. excellent choice in luxor. Mostafa at the pool was always so kind and patient.

The location is great, with a nice view of the Nile. The pool is fantastic, a bit cold but great overall. The view from the balcony of the rooms is just as impressive. The staff was very nice al helpful

The facilities of this hotel are very old, no power plug at bedside, one of the table lamp not working, a bit dark for the room.

arranged a room for me that has a nice view but with a damaged door lock, hotel manager Alimoussa changed the room for me quickly after complain and carry my luggage to a new room.

The lobby and outdoor areas are beautiful but the dining areas and bedroom were quite dated. Food offerings could be improved.

Lovely pool area and beautiful views of the Nile. The hotel put us in contact with Abdul who organised our trip to the Valley of the Kings, temples, boat ride on the Nile and an amazing hot air balloon trip. He organised our transport to and from the airport and was extremely helpful and efficient. I would recommend everyone interested in doing the above to ask the hotel to put you in contact with Abdul. He even organised our transport and excursions in Cairo and transport to and from the coast. Totally stress free and made us feel very well looked after and safe. Thank you Abdul!

We stayed at the hotel for one night, and overall the room and service was ok. However, at night people from Nile cruise came to the hotel and started having dinner/chat in the yard and it became very noisy. The balcony door was not sound proof, and we really struggled to sleep.

The pool was so cold that we couldn't have a swim. They didn't provide us with an adapter that had 3 pins. There is a 2 pin charging port. The water draining in the bathroom was not good.

The Nile river view was amazing. The food was yummy. Lotus restaurant manager and the staff were really good. There was a bathtub and hot water in the room.

First time meet with someone name Ali working is reception he refused the payment with egyptian pound even with visa ( as we are in Egypt it is against the low as well) very upset from what he did arguing during half hour

No toothbrush and toothpaste in the rooms. You should budget at least 100 EGP to buy some, and the internet connection was not very fast.

Great location, the concierge gentleman is very kind, the view of the Nile is magnificent. The hotel is very beautiful. I recommend it.

The hotel was very good but did not have fast internet, preventing me from working on my website. I wish they would provide faster internet.

The hotel was beautiful, and the Nile River runs right next to it, and it looked fantastic. The staff was friendly and provided taxis and tours. The room was comfortable and very quiet—good location to the tourist areas in the Eastbank.

Staff seemed bored and overly eager to help (or upsell…?), same exact breakfast every day with a chaotic egg and coffee line, check-in delayed. Pool NOT heated!

Although the room upgrade we got, and except the exterior and the hotel lobby, the interior of the rooms were so outdated. The hotel really needed a renovation form the doors, to the bathroom facilities and tiling. You had to wait some time to get warm water. The ac unit only blew like a fan and not warm although at maximum setting. There was an overall smell like dirt which made us sneeze during the stay. We tried to stay at our room as little as possible

The staff was nice and friendly. The view in front of the hotel was spectacular and so relaxing. The in front garden was taken care of and added to the value of the view in front, and the pool. We were treated with an early check in since we arrived early at the hotel and they even told us that had upgraded our room for free which was a very nice thing.

The room needed a little maintenance with the curtains and the shower door. The cafe under our window had a loud radio on all day and most of the evening.

We were upgraded when we arrived and the room and view was incredible. The customer service lady .. Ayha was excellent ! And Kaled the porter is a very helpful , nice man.
