I stayed here for 9 nights and truly had an amazing time! Every single staff member was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful – always greeting me with a big smile and warm attitude. Nothing was ever too much to ask. The room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable, and the location is unbeatable: right next to the beach and the walking street, just steps away from my freediving center. Even the towels smelled fresh and clean – such a small detail, but it made me feel so at ease and cared for. What really surprised me was the food – I loved it so much that I had the hotel’s pasta and fresh watermelon juice every single day for a whole week. The bar and restaurant team are fantastic, and the food quality exceeded my expectations. In short: top marks for service, food, location, and comfort. Can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommended!

WAAAY too noisy with people having private party at night.. some days it lasted later than 11pm while hotel said no more swimming at that time. For someone having intensive Freedivers training, sleeping at 11pm is late…

Hosting the best dive center. I really enjoyed their breakfast especially when they propose all different Egyptian dishes. Top🙌🏻

My parents' room, though very spacious, had several issues with the facilities. Their TV was not working, but they fixed it enough for it to turn on, though it still had issues with static on the screen. Their toilet was not flushing properly, and while the staff did attempt to fix it, it was still not fixed by the time we checked out unfortunately. Another issue that they may want to keep in mind is that bigger room is only accessible by relatively narrow wooden stairs, this was a bit challenging for my parents to navigate, but it would be totally fine for younger guests.

The staff were great, and the location was very convenient with access to the beach just across from the hotel. We booked two rooms for two nights just before/during the Eid vacation, one for my parents that turned out to be almost a suite in terms of size, and another smaller one with two beds for me any my sibling. Both rooms had a nice pool and sea view, and breakfast buffet was included in the reservation.

Great stay as usual , but lots of loud people outside rooms drinking till early hours , the rooms are next to each other so encroached onto our area and outside our room, and the noise was really bad for 5 nights ., the shouting was rediculous . They need to get people to sit at the seated area at the back of the pool not outside rooms .

The fact my son came to the hotel with his well trained dog who sat by my sunbed and never moved , and to be told he couldn't stay , my son lives in dahab and works at the divers Then egyption families who were not even staying at the hotel brought their dogs in off the lead ! And the place was over run with cats who kept trying to get in our room and eat our food outside when we were eating . Double standards ,

The entire place was extremely clean! The staff is very cheerful and helpful also. The central location makes it easy to access the beach and a lot of shops and restaurants quickly. There also is a nice pool and bar available.

Bed wasn’t very comfortable, could do with a new mattress.

We really enjoyed our 2 week stay at the Red Sea Relax Hotel. Fouly, Merna, Ahmed and all the staff were super friendly, attentive and provided an excellent service. The rooms are clean & all have a balcony with a pool view. Even though we were located in the busy area of the town we had no problems with noise pollution. The pool at the hotel is clean & has plenty of sunbeds. You can grab a beer at Churchill’s pub & drink at the pool. The added bonus are the cats that hang around the pool area, incredibly well looked after & super sweet. The location of the hotel is ideal, situated right in the bay so you have access to the sea with each restaurant offering sun beds & umbrellas. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from and the service is exceptional in each. There are shops, supermarkets and eateries all along the promenade with no hassle from the sellers. The area has a nice relaxed vibe & attracts a lot of Egyptian tourists as well. If we return to this area we would stay here again.
