It was a wonderful stay — it truly felt like home. The entire staff was incredibly hospitable. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Mr. Bishoy Gabra, Disk manager for his warm welcome, for organizing everything for us, and even accompanying us to our room. Special thanks also to Chef Ahmed Fawzy, the Executive Chef, and Mr. Mohamed Soliman for their exceptional care and attention to every detail, Especially considering that my daughter is one and a half years old and has a dairy protein allergy. They went out of their way to prepare special breakfast, lunch, and dinner for her without butter or ghee. Honestly, it was one of the best stays we've ever had. The hotel makes good coffee everywhere, eat is very good, the staff is nice and helpful. They try to do everything for you to feel comfortable. I recommend visiting this hotel without a travel agency. From the cleaners to the manager, they will give you everything you ask for.

The staff have been exceptionally supportive, welcoming, and available throughout our stay, from check-in to check-out. Outstanding customer service, outstanding attention to everyone. Ms Eva, from Customer service, would check in from time to time to be sure that everything was perfect. We got a room upgrade with a sea view, double bathroom, and double room! You have plenty of food choices throughout the day, and you'll never go hungry! Mr Ahmed, chef, and Mr Osama, the restaurant manager, are always ready to respond to any request. There is a heated swimming pool. The Aquapark is fabulous. The gardens and the whole structure are well maintained. The Kids' Club is nice and Ms Asel makes sure the kids are entertained and are enjoying the activities. She is really sweet. The hotel also offers excellent activities for adults throughout the day, spanning from yoga to zumba, beach volley, etc etc etc Guests who want to enjoy relaxing music and have some quiet time can relax at the Gravity Peninsula, farther from the main beach. All in all, we strongly recommend Gravity Hurghada and we hope we'll soon go back.

The food could be a bit better for a 5star; pasta station we were served often cold pasta, fries were not amazing and the variety of food could be a bit better Although this was one of the best rooms ever, the fact that they cook/grill food early in the morning downstairs makes the room smelly through the day There are many people selling the extra services and that is a bit annoying when you just want to rest and enjoy but I believe they have a red flag system that we haven’t used and that’s on us

The hotel is excellent. The staff is excellent! Very responsive, attentive and helpful. Special thanks to Ms. Eva from reception, who cares very much about the guests' well-being while staying at this fantastic place. I really liked the choice of food, themed evenings, "live music" at dinner. Lots of pools, good water park. If you don't want to go to a restaurant for lunch, you can get snacks in various places in the vast area. Very good group of animators who try to talk to every customer. Keep that bar up. Will definitely come back here!

The beach wasn't fully sand, most of the beach has stones you should wear sea shoes .

I liked the facilities inside the hotel , the staff upgrade our room to suit and it was a great suit with a great view thanks Mr Rami and Mr Bishoy, The restaurant was great specially Arabic about Italian restaurants thanks Mr Maged. Inside hotel you feel relax , feel comfortable and always welcome. It was a great relax time and will repeat it again very soon.

* Everything was more than expected. * The rooms were clean, comfortable and cozy. * The room service guys were very responsive especially Mustafa and Ahmed. * The food was good and tasty. * The swimming pools and the aqua park were good and clean. * The staff was friendly and helpful especially Dalia from customer support. She did her best to make us feel comfortable and happy even before we arrived at the hotel. She was with us until we checked out. She was so professional and dedicated. * Thanks to Mr. Maher the reservation manager and Mr. Rami and Ahmad from reception. All the staff at the different restaurants were polite, hard working and respectful Definitely I’ll come back to this hotel.

* The lobby was a bit hot but this is maybe because it was crowded at the afternoon.

I was traveling with my wife and 3 kids. We booked 2 rooms overlooking the swimming pools and partially see the sea. The stay was wonderful everything was more than expected. I’d like to thank all the staff for their hospitality and support and for being so friendly. The hotel friendly atmosphere made us feel at home. The rooms were comfortable and furnished properly. They were cleaned daily and water and soft drinks were replaces every day. The food was not varied but it was very good, clean and tasty. The animation team was good but shows could be improved a bit. The kids were happy with the aqua park and the swimming pool. Special thank you to Dalia who was with us even before we arrived at the resort. She called us 3 hours beforehand to check on us and made sure that we are OK. She did all the necessary paperwork and checked us in in a few minutes. She was checking on us every single day and she did her best to make us happy and comfortable. She also finished the check out process in minutes. She was so dedicated and helpful. I’d like also to thank Mr. Abdullah the reservation manager for his support. Also Mr. Rami and Mr. Ahmad at the reception desk. The staff at the restaurants were friendly, polite and respectful. Especially Mustafa at the Mexican restaurant and Amro at the oriental restaurant. Mustafa and Ahmed from room service.
