Lovely staff. Comfy bed. Plenty of hot water. Very good air con - if a bit noisy! Good choice of breakfast. Better than I expected from previous reviews.

All a bit tatty around the edges but otherwise everything was good

The reception staff are very helpful and the housekeeping staff are very friendly and. The buffet breakfast was well catered for, and the coffee was. Very good. Location to cafes and shops, and then I’ll river was very easy to access. The porter that I was was very professional. His name was Alan.

Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this disgusting place. They scammed my family and one of the house keepers tried to steal something from our room while we were outside. Please find yourself a better and safer place.
