Staff were very supportive and quickly respond and followup everything is good, special thanks for Mr.Mohamed Adel and Hamada for hospitality and special dinner invites Food was very tasty and alot of variety Drinks and snacks around us everywhere, there was 3 bars work all the time aquapark was amazing and pool was so nice Realy we enjoyed the vacation and hotel exceeded our expectations

Location bit in the sticks but only a short taxi ride from anywhere for around £3 to £5. With IDrive People pushing in when your trying to get served But if the staff seen them they’d send them back. It should be mandatory for Little children to wear life jackets When in the pools

We had the family sweet. You walk into a room with a three seater. A nice family shower room And two big bedrooms and each having a balcony’s. That was cleaned every day if you wanted. The staff were amazing couldn’t do enough for us, Specially all the bar staff with Mene and Melad who looked after us. Food was ok in the main dining hall, Like any all inclusive it gets quite boring. They also have three Al-carte restaurants that were very good That we used over and over. Entertainment team consistently trying to get you to join in with all the events, with plenty of things happening. And the shows are better than a lot of hotels we have been. We also made a lot of friends that made the holiday for us as a family.

Aquapark is fantastic for both kids & Adults . Hotel staff are extremely friendly & helpful , special thanks to Mr Shenoda from the receiption who was always there to facilitate our stay & make it to max joy & comfort . Also thanks to Mr Faisal in the restaurant . The hotel is a perfect choice for families & aquapark lovers . I give my credits to the Italian resturant there with very special dishes & quality food .

This stay was one of our favourite in all egypt We have been to hurghada luxor cairo and now sharm They have THE BEST food and their chef is amazing Usually in egypt not all cuisines taste good but every single dish here was amazing The aquapark is amazing the rides are so much fun ! There is a whole big park for the kids also They have amazing entertainment at night daily The staff were very friendly The rooms are very huge and feels luxurious Reception was very helpful and welcoming especially Mr Ahmed Safan and Mohammed Ghareb(bebo) We will certainly come back with the rest of our family in the future !

We booked a SPA for 3 persons by the hotel, and kept it until last day. The jacuzzi was not working, they even know that, and start pressing the buttons !!?? At the steam sauna, there was a smell of sewage, and the floor was dirty....at the SPA reception there was a woman with scarf, she was very rude with us, the told us to get off, and not try to give us any compensation... when we come back with Mustafa, hope I remembered the name, the one we ordered by, we saw another couple complaining, and refund them, with half price !!?? At the end, because we did not have time, and we needed to leave, no body helped us there, she even did not offer us anything.

Nice Hotel, we had a good experience when eaten in the Italian restaurant, Muhamad, in the reception helped us with everything we need

The variety of drinks at meals can be increased, such as ayran, fanta... Cheese and olive varieties can be added for breakfast.

I think it was a truly family- and child-friendly hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. We stayed in a family suite, and I recommend it to families with two children. The food was good. I went to the Mexican restaurant twice and really liked it. Mohammed at the reception desk helped us with everything. Sallad helped us with cleaning our room every day. Thank you for everything. If I go to Sharm again, this is where I'll stay. It's really good value for money.

Size of room is small but not to small

This was really good time .. highly recommended for families if you have kids thus is your destination.. special thanks for Bibo in the reception for his outstanding effort for fast finishing and always checking us for any problems .. for house keeping khaled ... Mister Ahmed main restaurant was very nice man .. with great effort .. I want to thank the chefs for the effort to feed full house visitors.. special thanks for the appetiser chef.. it was great over all kids are really happy.. aqua park is great.

We had an amazing stay at Charmilion Hotel! Special thanks to Bebo at the reception – he gave us a very nice, clean room and was always helpful, Excellent man in excellent place assisting us with everything we needed. Also, many thanks to Mr. Islam for his great support. At the restaurant, all the staff were very respectful and welcoming, especially Mr. Ahmed Fathi, Mr. Salah they give us all we need with smart work and respect , Mr. Hisham abd el shakoor, and Ahmed Gabr in the restaurant special thanks to Mr. Hossam at the Italian, nice person and helpful, dinner was Delicious thank you for Mr. Abdel razek in the restaurant and the team at the Aqua Park made the experience even more enjoyable with the great staff thank you for Mr. Ayman assistant of house keeping , all the staff in the bar, Moustafa el badri and Mohamed andelfattah, even through our visit at sea-life the staff on the beach helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation, and we truly appreciate the hospitality of the whole team. Highly recommended!

Nothing - awesome place

Staff from management to operational to housekeeping make you so welcome with a smile 24/7 not just on arrival. This place is not overcrowded, it is so clean , nice mix of guests, plenty of space in the pool, always spare sunbeds at 4 different locations , really feels like home. Swimming pools nice and clean with cool water amazing in summer, Aqua Parks are just brilliant kids and adults love them, wave pool awesome, Food has great variety in the main resturants, then you have the Italian al carte and the Indian restaurant both great food 😀. Kids activities daytime and evening time, foam parties, ice cream oh and snack bars / icre cream by the pool brilliant.
