I was disappointed with the buffet. The staff did their best and were not at fault, but the selection was very limited. For something advertised as a buffet, the variety and quality were below expectations. It might be better not to offer it at all if it cannot meet a higher standard.

What I liked the most was the friendly and helpful staff, the cleanliness of the facilities, and the perfect location with easy access to the beach. The atmosphere was relaxing, and it made my stay truly enjoyable

It had only very basic amenities in the room. Even liquid hand wash were not there, a small low quality bar soap was provided. We had to get our own soap. Drinking Water is not provided in the hotel , only one small bottle of water were given as welcome drink for each of us. You can't even buy it in the hotel, you have to buy it from their restaurant which is very expensive where 500ml small bottle will cost you 30 egyptian pound approx. Only 1 blanket was provided for three adults. Food is very expensive in their restaurant. Wifi is provided only in the reception, not in the room. We had to checkout early at 6.45am so asked for box breakfast, We were provided with 2 half rotten bananas, two slices of bread, 1 jam, 1 cheese, 1 boiled egg. Hotel traveldesk asked for more than double for sea horse riding compared to the market rate so we did not opt for it.

The view from the room was excellent, very close to the port from where we went to the orange bay trip. The room was big. The bathroom was big

The sea view rooms will suffer a little from the loud music of the restaurant at night, while the mountain view rooms will suffer from the traffic as it's directly on the street. The beach is fine by there's no corals.

The room was spacious and the toilet as well, with modern finishes and ok status which's very good value for what's paid. The breakfast was fine also, and the restaurant staff even kept refilling and serving after breakfast schedule with 30 mins! There's an outdoor cafe/ restaurant directly on the sea with cozy seating suitable for dinner/ sunset. There's a diving center and sea excursions directly from the property.

- Breakfast wasn’t hot and fresh . - Some amenities weren’t available such as tissue boxes - Towel which they clean the land with it have bad smell they have to change it daily to avoid bad smell of it.

- The location is perfect and near from everything. - The view was beautiful on the sea - Hotel staff were friendly - The price was perfect .

There needs to be better organisation at breakfast.

Nice room!! So clean and the furniture is modern. And the beach is fascinating. A lot of stuff is upgraded as well specially the house keeping.

Workers in Restaurants neae the beach schuld be more quick and profesional, expensive Restaurant, very expencive for Egypt, small beach. Scheraton beach next to Schellgada beach is more nice and not expencive drink. Normal price.
