Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The only drawback was having to pay 150 EGP per night for parking, which really should be provided free of charge for guests,complimentary, or included in the room rate.
We stayed as a family of four (my wife, 15 years boy & girl, and I) in connecting rooms, which was perfect for us. The setup gave us plenty of space while still keeping the family close together. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices for both adults and children. The staff were welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Our kids especially enjoyed the friendly service and the comfort of having their own space while still being connected to us. Overall, it was a wonderful family experience highly recommended for those traveling with children who want both comfort and convenience.

The entry process at the hotel was quite frustrating. When I ordered an Uber, the compound security asked the driver to hand over his driving license. Then, at the hotel gate, the guards requested the same license again, even though he had already left it at the first gate. As a result, the driver was not allowed to drop me at the hotel entrance, and I was forced to walk. On my return, the hotel guards once again insisted that I walk to the entrance instead of being dropped off directly. This practice feels both inconvenient and disrespectful to hotel guests.

The drive to get to the hotel was long and the fact that we kept getting stopped so that security could check the car and the drivers driving license was pointless.
Everything about this hotel is great. Staff are attentive and friendly. Facilities are always clean. Great variety of food options. Cleanliness and hygiene is a top priority. Internet access was very good.

The food was not bad but average. No bellman to carry luggage begore check in.
The hotel is clean and relaxing. I liked the pillows and was able to sleep well. It has a shuttle bus to the mall of Egypt for shopping. The location is good if you want to stay around the 6th of October city.

Perfect location for plans in October and Zayed. Great hospitality, reception team were very helpful (specially Ms. Domiana). The rooms were very clean and spacious, comfy beds as well. Would definitely go there again.

there was works happening which meant the usual gate to the hotel was closed but hotel failed to put any signage up to direct drivers, taxis, ubers to the accessible gate and failed to organise their own taxi service . meaning ubers kept cancelling and took nearly over an hour to just be able to get a ride out of hotel to excursions. staff on desk tried to help on phone to uber drivers...but this was insufficient. when mentioning to the hotel no compensation was offered.
staff were friendly. WhatsApp support every day. room service selection was varied. Spa very reasonable prices and superb service. Excellent small shops on site with friendly staff. excellent level.of security.
