Animation team and the beach boys were lazy and not helping when sunbeds need to be moved

Mohamed from reception was very helpful and patient Mr. Reda abd badie was very supportive to our needs and was every where in the hotel checking all outlets ,he is really the man you rely on. Saleh from the beach restaurant or the Mexican was active and smiling

Rooms were comfortable but quite dated. We had issues with our door on the first day, but it was resolved quickly. The air conditioner really struggled to cool the room. The lobby bar could do with a bit of entertainment. Maybe a piano. People hanging out there every night. So a bit of music would be nice.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Waiters attentive. Pool area and beach front relaxing with plenty of pool beds. Food, although the same every day, there were plenty of options to be able to mix it up. Grilled meats were amazing. Honestly, there is so much food to be had.

It was a wonderful vacation filled with beautiful moments at this special resort. I had a great time and didn't need to go outside the hotel. Everything is available inside. The service is great and there is literally everything. I liked the food very much. It is almost always available and the drink service is also available. Mohammed Talal was with us whenever we needed something specific, you would see it was there immediately

I think The timing of dinner is not matching most of the Egyptians and I am suggesting to extend it to be till 10 PM instead of 9 PM to give much ore room for enjoying sunset on beach.

I liked the way they did for having a dedicated person "Mr. Mohamed Talal" confirming always that all is good from our end. I am appreciating the efforts exerted by "Mr. Mina Sharl" to facilitate our check in process and handling our comments professionally.

Rooms are a little bit old. The plastic glasses that are used in the bars should be renewed. Even if they are clean, they seem dirty because of the scratches. Not big deals.

Thanks to all the staff. They helped us from the first minute to the last. Especially Mr.Tallal. He's like a hero. Whenever you need something, he's there to help. Food was good and there were plenty of options. Rooms are a little bit old but we've used the room solely for sleeping so it was not a big deal for us. Thanks for everything Grand Siva Beach Team.

A beautiful hotel with excellent service, just a few minutes from the airport. When it comes to food and drinks, you have almost all kinds of dishes and desserts available every day. There is something for everyone, so we really don’t understand people who write in their reviews that the food selection is small. The all-inclusive service truly includes everything. Between the main meals, there are also snacks available. The pool, the sea, and the beach are beautiful – the sea is crystal clear. Entertainment program – the animators worked hard every day and evening to entertain the guests with new shows, which were excellent. The hotel staff is very kind; we stayed in room 579 – we forgot the name of the young man who maintained it, but he was very polite and courteous. The reception staff was also great, especially the hotel manager, Talal, who was always willing to help. Upon our arrival, he even offered us a better and nicer room. The rooms are a bit outdated, especially the bathroom, but this did not interfere with our enjoyment since everything was clean. The hotel surroundings are impeccably maintained, cleaned daily, the grass watered, no garbage anywhere – everything is in perfect order. My wife was especially delighted by the fact that 5–6 cats live in the resort; they have their own houses and food, and they are very affectionate and love cuddling. All in all, we were very satisfied with everything and will definitely be coming back. P.S. – I believe that every negative review from other guests says more about them than about the hotel itself. Everything depends on your mindset and how you perceive the things in front of you.

I have visited many resorts in Hurghada and I can say this resort is the best value for money. The staff is amazing specially Mr Reda Abdelbadea and Mr Talal they are very helpful and whatever you need they help with, any issue you find just tell them and they will fix very fast. The buffet is one of the best, very diverse and changes daily and the quality is amazing. The beach is the best I ever saw in Hurghada and the sand is clear and not rocky which is rare in Hurghada. Special thanks to Mr Saleh (Sea Star restaurant) he is very very very helpful and always smiling. Also not to forget Chef Mahmoud (Le Terrace) very helpful and very respectful. Thanks to everyone.

I’d like to leave a review, as I always choose and book hotels based on other people’s feedback. First of all, I want to express my sincere thanks to the hotel management. It’s clear that you are working hard to improve the service, meet guests’ needs, and be among the best — and that effort is truly appreciated. Now, some detailed impressions from our stay: 1. Bar and service The "mafia of the hotel" — that’s how we jokingly called the bartenders and waiters 😄 During the first two days, we couldn’t understand what was going on: there were absolutely no cocktails at the bar. My husband ordered beer and was constantly met with rudeness — the bartender pretended not to understand him and was unwilling to serve. I asked for a mojito, but was told they didn’t have it. Meanwhile, on the beach, we saw other guests being served various drinks. Eventually, we figured it out: give €1, and suddenly everything improves — mojitos appear, smiles come out, and beer is served without issue. We ended up tipping around €10–15 per day just to get decent service at the bars. We spent most of our time on the beach and noticed that many other guests were also unhappy with the way the bartenders and waiters behaved. 2. Dinner It was inconvenient to have to wait for a waiter to serve you at dinner, especially when you’re with kids and just want to eat peacefully. 3. Food The food was great overall! On the fourth day, we discovered a spot where they cook kebabs, grilled vegetables, lavash, and more. Every evening there was grilled meat and even sushi — our kids were thrilled with the variety of sushi! Lunch was quite simple in comparison. I would suggest removing a few meat dishes from dinner and adding more options to lunch instead — it’s impossible to try all the meat served at dinner anyway. 4. Cleaning Cleaning throughout the hotel was excellent — everything was tidy and well-maintained.

The room needs improvement. The staff responsible for tables and utensils need more attentiveness for the guess. The pool was good also but the thing is... Its either too shallow or too deep..

I love the beach, it was amazing... Location is good also.. lots of shops everywhere.. there are water activities like banana boat, parachute, wind surfing(all extra fee). Food is excellent 👌 especially dinner. Lots of variety.. we had fun. Reception and Mr Reda did their best to accomodate us with our request..Definitely a must try hotel.
