Our trip to Jaz was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with warm smiles and genuine hospitality, making us feel right at home. Their dedication to solving any issues and ensuring our satisfaction was truly impressive. The sandy beach was a slice of paradise—safe, serene, and perfect for relaxing without a single worry. The food was nothing short of delicious, with Chef Mostapha impressing us with his meticulous attention to detail. The beach attendant worked tirelessly, always bringing refreshing drinks with a friendly demeanor, and the housekeeper's kindness and frequent check-ins made us feel well cared for. It was heartwarming to see him personally ensure our towels were changed each evening. Our room sparkled with cleanliness, adding to the comfort of our stay. We were also inspired by the resort's thoughtful sustainability efforts, especially their use of the Brita system to produce water, reducing plastic waste. I want to express my deepest gratitude to all the staff and managers for their exceptional professionalism and dedication. Your hard work and commitment truly make a difference, and I am sincerely thankful for everything you do. A special shoutout to Mr. Kerolus and the attentive waiters at the main restaurant—they made every meal a delightful experience. This trip will forever hold a special place in our hearts!

I really Enjoyed my stay, the beach is perfect compared to other beaches in red sea, they also have small slides for my daughter which made her entertained all the time, Khaled from the guest relation has made effort to make our stay the best, special thanks to him. The service in general is very good and they have 2 restuarants one in the beach and the other main restuarant and both are good. The italian restuarant is superb and must to try.

smoking allowed in all open puplic areas, also the beach, and Shisha smoking is allowed in one bar, near to the theater area. so just imagine you are relaxing by the beach and someone smoking near to you and all the beach area is crowded. or you can smell the shisha smoke in your room if your room is near to that shisha area.

I would like to express my gratitude to all the hotel staff for making our stay pleasant. the beach was excellent and clean except for less numbers of sunbeds. Resturants are very good with excellent food varieties. Staff, most of them showing an excellent provisional attitude with the Guests, but i noticed some inccedinds with some staff not dealing in a professional way it happened infront of me that staff talked non professional words to non arabic talking guests.

It was an exceptional vacation for me and my family ,we really enjoyed the pool and the beach, Chef. Mostafa was very professional, and they were frequently asking about our stay, and if we needed anything, and Mr. Khaled, who was frequently asking about the stay, this made me extend my stay, and it will be repeated next vacation for sure.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, which made my stay very relaxing. The food was really good with a wide variety of options, and everything was fresh and tasty. The staff are truly the highlight of the hotel – always smiling, respectful, and ready to help with anything I needed. They made me feel very welcomed from the first moment. Another big plus is the beach it’s beautiful, clean, and perfect for enjoying the sea and relaxing. Overall, this hotel combines great service, delicious food, and a wonderful location by the sea. Jaz soma beach was more than expected. Once we arrived they finished everything quickly and our room was ready once we had our breakfast. Special thanks to Ms Sally and her follow up all the time and trying to provide any help or assistance. All staff are cooperative, smiling  and helpful. They take care for every details. Food quality  and variety were amazing especially it is available all day. Beach was sandy and horrible, we like it. Fayrouz and Italian restaurants were exceptionally nice. Also I want to thank the chef and waiters and all staff. Again I want to thank Sally for her help in reservation.

We stayed at Jaz Soma Beach, as a family of four, for 5 nights. The place is fabulous. It offers a relaxing and enjoyable experience. All staff members are incredibly friendly, helpful, very attentive and they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and relaxed. Special thanks to Ms Christine Maher from the guest relations , Chef Mostafa, Ahmed and Hassab at the beach. The sandy beach was stunning and the water was crystal clear. The landscape was beautiful , well-designed and maintained. The food was delicious with different varieties, good quality and excellent service. The rooms are spacious and the hotel is spotless and well maintained. We especially appreciate their echo friendly approach concerning the glass water bottles and the recycled materials used in decorating the landscape. The free wi-fi was great. Overall, I believe Jaz Soma Beach resort is a perfect place for families seeking top quality service and an unforgettable holiday experience. We would love to spend our future holidays there.

We stayed at Jaz Soma Bay as a family for 3 nights, and it was truly an incredible experience from start to finish. The beach is absolutely stunning — soft sandy shores and crystal-clear water that made every moment by the sea unforgettable. The diving center and water activities right at the resort added even more excitement for those looking to explore the Red Sea. The food was outstanding, with a huge variety, excellent quality, and delicious taste served all day on the full board plan. It really exceeded our expectations. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job, keeping everything spotless and comfortable throughout our stay. The animation team and daily activities were full of energy and fun, and the evening shows were big, vibrant, and entertaining every night. Hospitality across the resort was warm and welcoming. I especially appreciated their eco-friendly approach — providing glass-bottled water and replacing towels only when needed. It shows respect for both guests and the environment. Also was truly nice to upgrade my room without asking .. our triple room was amazing with pool view Surprisingly, the weather in August was very pleasant, not as hot as we expected, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The resort atmosphere felt classy and relaxed, a great balance of elegance and comfort. Another plus is that it’s just 25 minutes from Hurghada, making it easy to reach while still feeling like a private getaway which we didn’t need as every thing is in the resort ( shops , clinics , bazaars ) . Overall, Jaz Soma Bay is the perfect place for families, couples, or anyone looking for a mix of relaxation, adventure, and top-quality service. We left with wonderful memories and would love to come back again!

I Loved my stay at Jaz Soma Beach, Staff texted me on WhatsApp before I arrived and made sure my room was close to everything asI needed. Check-in was less than 10 minutes. The room was very clean, with daily housekeeping done perfectly without any disturbance Honestly, even though it’s a 4 hotel, it feels just like 5. Big thanks to Christine, Abdel Aziz as a managers, Mahmoud, Ahmed at the main restaurants,Islam from house keeping, Alaa & Mohamed at beach cafe — you made my holiday perfect
