For 5 stars hotel it should have better drinks,food and entertainment. Uncomfortable pillows.

Not very clean, black hair in the beds and in the bathroom everywhere. The bathroom is a bit worn out, tiles, mirrors etc. are broken. The food is ok but not very good quality (no fresh juices only Sirup etc.) ... They have monkeys in a small cage in the garden. I would prefer to see them wild in nature.

The staff is really friendly and anxious. Quiet during night. A lot of entertainment programs, if you like that. (Minidisco, Camel back riding, snorkeling trip...)

The maintenance condition of many facilities can be improved. The beach isn't well preserved and the coral is dead, not the best spot if you are interested in snorkelling, beach has lots of stones and using beach shoes is necessary. The food was below average when it comes to quality and can be bland sometimes.

The front office staff are super friendly, cooperative and welcoming. they upgraded the room to a sea view room with a panorama balcony with a wonderful view on the red sea, where you can enjoy sitting or standing at the balcony or even laying in bed.

Food was like 5/10. The bathroom situation is bad... is not clean at all, the mirrors, the shower doors, floors, inside in the shower.. and the water stop working in the night time once for some reason.

1. Parking is uncovered and dusty. Also security is questionable - someone placed advertisement sticker on the windshield while I was parked there. 2. Limited drinks. 3. Limited variety of food.

1. Very good beach with deeper area for swimming and shallow area with sand. 2. Free and convenient parking close to reception. 3. Hotel staff is awesome. 4. Good animation program.

The beach isn't very accessible, the restaurant can be very crowded at times and not easy to find a table. the drinks in the buffet are very low quality coffee and the milk is mixed with water. Very limited non-alcoholic drink options at the bar.

The beach was a bit rocky, you need swimming shoes to protect your feet from stepping on the stones, but it is kept clean. you can enjoy snorkelling and speedboat.

Food: horrible food either taste or quality in all meals, no variety. Chicken almost not well cooked. Beverages are very very low quality & tasteless either alcoholic or none alcoholic. Dead animation team. Discotheque is inside the hotel but drinks inside aren’t all inclusive!!!!!!!! During the day only lobby bar & beach bar are serving drink & in the evening only the lobby bar!!!!!

Front Office team are wonderful, a very special thanks to Mr AbdElHameed, Mr Wagdy, Mr Ayman & of course the Guest Relation for all their efforts and help offered. Aqua pool is heated very good. Beach is sandy and great.

The food was tragic and they only give you one bottle of water/ day, you have to pay if you want another one - do you call this all inclusive?

Nice balcony viewing directly to the see. The hotel offers many programs visiting the beautiful places around Hurghada such as VIP Motor Safari, scuba diving, snorkelling in the Red See to watch the breathtaking corals and fishes, visiting island beaches, Luxor or Cairo. There is taxi service in the hotel including airport shuttle or visiting Hurghada, Cairo, Luxor. The driver Hassan is really a nice and correct guy. The receptionists are very kind, offering solutions to every request. The hotel is clean. There is a coral reef at the beach of the hotel so you can enjoy the view of a huge variety of fishes. The food is tasty and you can find a nice selection of salads, meats and side didhes. There are shops inside the hotel with nice souvenirs to buy and kind stuff. In sum, I totally recommend this hotel, it is worth the money you are paying.
