Aqua Park was in maintenance, and it was not mentioned during booking, and the kids were very upset.

The staff are professional, always smiling, and very well trained. Check-in was just in 15 minutes. The room was very clean, spacious, and very well furnished. Any request we ask for was done in a maximum of 10 minutes, and I receive a call to make sure that my request was done. The food was great with a lot of varieties.

Very little to dislike we had a fantastic relaxing holiday. The beach area was adequate but swimming was a problem as the sea is very shallow.

Absolutely brilliant staff throughout the hotel. The room was ultra modern with all facilities. Food was great and the pool layout and hotel grounds are spectacular. Thanks to everyone

Food in the buffet restaurant could have been a bit tastier and more food stations (it got a bit busy at times).

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Lovely beach, relaxing “lazy river”, well kept grounds and quiet ambience… all make this a great place to stay and relax.

Not one thing could be faulted

We stayed for one week from the 30th March and honestly had the most fantastic stay. The staff could not do enough for us. We have a 9 year old in a wheelchair, every staff member, from reception to pool staff assisted with anything they could and always offered a helping hand. The food was fantastic, the entertainment was great! The facilities, pool and beach couldn’t be faulted. We are already planing a trip back. Thank you again for everything

Only thing I didn’t like was that people are allowed to smoke in the lobby and common areas.

The property is well kept and the pool and beach area are breathtakingly beautiful.

Price is too much and they ask a lot for your room number in every second

Nothing ... it was all good.

Buffet and beach restaurants were all very good. The pools were outstanding though a little cold at this time of year (except for the large kids pool which is heated and was lovely and warm.)

The food, especially in the buffet restaurant, was pretty average. Also didn't like that half the lobby bar was a smoking zone.

Room was very spacious and comfortable with a view of the grounds and sea. Pool area was huge and we loved the beach. There were always sunbeds available.

only two wifi connections per room, so tough if you both have phones and laptops/tablets etc. The bar areas are very dark in the evenings. The booming disco noise from adjacent resports was annoying but not in the room and less at the beach area. We were pestered a little too much for spa treatments but with the red bag option on the umbrellas this was not a problem once we realised we could do this.

We chose this hotel because we are vegans and it was recommened to us - meaning lots of choices for people who do not eat animal products. The Staff and Chefs were very kind and helpful and it was 99% great. The food overall was generous, delicious and well presented. The Sushi restaurant was awful for vegans but everything else great including non dairy in hot drinks no problem. The service at the beach and pools was great for towels and drinks etc. We enjoyed the snorkeling trip out to the reef on Aldau 9 the glass bottomed boat. Special thanks to Yousef on reception who was very kind and remembered us when we needed to ask a question or make arrangements. The hotel is very clean and elegant and we recommend it. We did not have children with us but the kids pool and play area looked fantastic. Gardens were lovely. There were lots of activities we didn't do because of lack of time but felt that this was a bonus and there was lots of choice. We loved the cocktails and mocktails and nice bar staff. Thank you to all of the Managers and Staff who clearly work very hard for the guests.

The hotel has evening shows that can go until 10 pm at night, we can hear it from our room and it is a bit disturbing for family with kids.

The hotel garden was unbelievablely beautiful. The beach was nice, the food at the beach bar for lunch was amazing, there are live cooking stations and offer very delicious freshly made bread and fish dishes. Our room view was stunning, the room is big and clean. It was an amazing stay in Steigenberger.

Our rooom view was blocked, it was street view but we couldn't even see the street. Also no snacks is avialable at the pool or the beach, you have to head to the restaurant itself which wasn"t that easy with a toddler

Everything was perfect, staff are very friendly, the hotel has a lot of entairtaining facilities for all family members. My daughter enjoyed the kids club activities so much, food was good with very good night shows at the main restaurant, we will sure repeat our stay
