Rooms need renovation, AC was not working well in one of the two rooms, and water was dripping from the AC in the two rooms, the three hotels are not prepared for people with disabilities or old people who can't walk for long distances, no golf car or bus، food variety is limited, activity and animation team is so boring

What i like most is that you can use all the facilities of the two other sister hotels Also, customer satisfaction from all working in the hotel, especially the reception, the beach is so nice and also pools

I would like to raise a big disappointment for the show of last Thursday " Miss Hotel", the head of animation team asked the girls to start doing sexual show, this happens only in under rated hotels in Thailand & Bali, & this is not a cultural difference, this is against any standard in any hotel around the world. I would highly expect that hotel management will make sure that this won't happen again in the future. The hotel is doing well across all aspect so no need to have such thing again

Our room's kitchen area was wet due to leakage from the fridge when we checked in; it took more that 2 hours to come and clean it after our call! Some staff expect tips while doing their routine jobs!

Beautiful and large complex. Good variety of dishes for breakfast and dinner; even snakes in between! We booked all inclusive, they provided unlimited drinks generously! Our upgraded one bedroom apartment was big and comfortable.

Everything is perfect, staff were very helpful, starting from Mr. Hamdy reception was amazing man, and all staff in restaurant and the beach and the pool. The seen is wonderful, you feel everyone is working for your comfort. Really thank you for everyone. All activities very nice, good kids area, restaurant have a lot of food varieties, I advice this place for everyone looking for a good comfy place in Hurghada.

- Beach was sandy but need for more cleaning. - I tried the Italian restaurant there, it wasn't good and the staff care only with foreigners. - Breakfast and dessert are the same all the days.

- Thanks Mr. Hamdy in reception he was descent and he upgraded our room for free. - Thanks House Keeping team especially Mr. Islam. Aqua park was superb.

I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. The check-in process was smooth and quick. The room was spacious, very clean, and beautifully furnished. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep every night. Housekeeping did a fantastic job throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were excellent. The pool was clean and relaxing, and the food was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options.
