Staff are not able to promote their facilities the right way. Cleanliness and room service could be much better. Although they provided leisure activities, they didn't announce for them.

WIFI facilities from Hotel and Hotel should put some data booster to have better internet connectivity inside room. Even Mobile internet were not properly working inside room. Hotel WIFI services were only available at reception.... not inside room(it was paid) .

Location was the best ...and inside Hotel amenities were upto the expectations . Except one issue internet connection was poor . WIFI was paid at the room (which should not be the case) should have been free . Local Staffs were were friendly and cooperative. Front desk team was good enough to take care of our daily requirements specially person named Mahmoud & Mohamed.

i saw the manager yelling at the staff. when checking out the staff were trying to force us to write a review because management get angry at them if customers don't write reviews. Weird overall impressions of this place, all the staff were really nice but its clear there is an issue with management.

- The wifi is quite bad - When relaxing by the beach / pool, you are harassed by greasy spa men trying to massage you for ridiculous prices - but say no enough times and they might leave you alone

- Amazing beach! - Beautiful architecture - Unlimited facilities - Mahmood in the restaurant is the best staff in the entire hotel, he was so helpful and kind - we love Mahmood!!!

Bar staff impatient. the all inclusive system is not good. the beds were old and uncomfortable. The lunch restaurant is small and doesn't accommodate. The waiter put his fingers in the beer to serve it.

The beach is excellent. the heated pool is large. and Mr Mohamed from security was very kind and helpful.

Internet is a big problem. Even at lobby it is weak. Shower place in the bathroom is too small to fit in. Taxes and extra payments at the checkin we found a bit expensive.

I liked staff,food,beach,pools and all animation team. The money we spent was worth staying here.

Bathroom shower was really small and really dirty. The shops in the hotel grounds, some of the shop keepers are really agressive and started shouting, my kids got scared. WiFi in the lobby is poor.

Bedroom size was decent, we were on the ground floor and close to the pool. We booked 3 family rooms and requested to be next to each other. Two rooms were but the other wasn't, even though we requested months in advance. Pool was heated, that was great. Service from all the staff was really great. Food was good but bland and lacked flavour. The Chefs were great in helping prepare something to our tastes.

- Food is awful and disgusting, don't get deceived by "all-inclusive", it is definitely a regret, that I went for it. It's cheaper and better to order food from local restaurant that provide extraordinary food with very low prices. - Beach is relatively small and you will miss the famous golden sand.

Swimming Pools are great. Staff is extremely nice.

The bedsheet were not changed when I arrived, there were hair in the bed. I had to ask them to change them. They would give only one towel. The shower was dreadful. The plates in the restaurant were disgusting, as if they were only cleaned with a towel and no water. If you want internet in the room you have to pay and in the lobby it does not work.

The food was okay. The diving centre (that is moving out soon) was good.

We had a big but quite old rooms, and therefore bathroom was quite needing renovation. We were bored with the same food almost every day. Menu was not changing that much and fish was always one type which i did not like.

the rooms need so much maintence the rooms is very old, and the furniture is almost broken or will break the beeds is fine, but the matress under the beed sheets is so dirty… The hotel outside is nice and clean, but inside needs very much renovation…..

Terrible wifi!!!! Food was not of good quality. The made many different dishes though. They have very strict timing for food. At 10 am, they will stop the open buffet even if u are eating. Drinks in the bar was not properly or freshly made. It was generally a mix of 3 different types of juice that they have all over the hotel facility. They only provide one key for the double room Sometimes the staff promised that they will bring something but they didn’t Bathrooms are not well designed They provided bed for our child but the bed was too old and the mattresses were too old that it changed colors

All inclusive was literally applied all over the hotel facility ! Beautiful beach Amazing water pools Facilities are generally clean Diving center inside the hotel was really nice
